I just don't get it that zak went home only to hurt lisa even more with what he said, or actually didn't say.. So cruel, and not like zak at all..!! I'm really disappointed with the writers. I liked Joanie teaching Belle and everything and then we just have to get yet another affair storyline..
If it is a shock factor the SWs are after, it has failed as far as I am concerned but the disgust factor is working well. Totally out of character, even considering a mid-life crisis.. a kiss and a fumble or even one-night stand but not falling for each other :nono:Quote:

I can't say that was the best episode or at least a very enjoyable one with the having a lot of Paddy-Tess & the Zak-Joanie affairs fill out the episode nether of which are believable affairs both randomly began without showing any prior problems in their respective relationships.

I have read both Jane Cox and Steve Halliwell are far from happy about the storyline concerning Zac and Lisa and Jane has vent her frustration over the storyline. You need at least one stable marriage in a continuing drama and Zac would never have done that to Lisa. Never. I think it is sad Kate Oates has resorted to this storyline. She has certainly blotted her copy book on her last few weeks. It is as if she is deliberately Sabotaging the show before she waltzes onto the cobbles.

I do not think that is entirely accurate, I read an interview with Steve Halliwell and he said he was pleased with the storyline. He liked Zak doing something different falling in love with another woman. Lisa Dingle is a bore and a miserable cow. I can see why Zak dumped her for Joanie.Quote:
