Yeah, GIF is a much better quality, I always have stuff as that but I always have pictures as JPEG lol and yeah you mean JPEG lol :p

I can't work out how to improve the quality of animated pictures though... :hmm:

BUT!! I've worked out how to change the speeds of each frame tonight, so i'm happy!! :rotfl:

I got loads of frames and animated them. Videos are way too advanced for me!!

I have no clue whatsoever how you did that but its fab and i love it!
