Danielle threatens Stacey
Airs on Monday, March 9 2009 at 20:00 GMT on BBC One
Danielle's completely unhappy about the situation with Ronnie - she's not eating properly and having strange dreams about her mum. Stacey's insistent that Danielle should come clean with Ronnie as soon as possible, prompting her to sit and try to write a letter. With Jean having returned to Walford, Stacey begins to feel the strain of looking out for both her mum and best friend. Catching Danielle alone, Jean expresses her concern that she feels like she's not acting like a good mother to Stacey and so hands Danielle some money to take Stacey out for a drink. Reluctantly, Stacey agrees to the night out.
Later at the club, Stacey and Danielle are fresh out of cash and Stacey's ready for home. However, they soon bump into Paul. Danielle immediately starts to feel awkward around him, as he explains that Stacey told him about her termination and that if he had known, he would have gone with her. Fuming that Stacey has betrayed her confidence, Danielle hauls her into the toilets. As Danielle vents her anger towards her best friend, Stacey threatens to tell Ronnie the truth about her identity because she's at the end of her tether with her tears. Pushing Stacey against the wall, however, Danielle is firm: "I decide when. I decide how. Understand? Go near her again and I will rip your head off..."
Meanwhile, Manda calls round to Minty's flat after noting down his address from the pottery class registration form. She's surprised to see him with Summer and jumps to the conclusion that he's her father. Manda quickly makes her excuses and leaves. Later, Phil and Minty are discussing Manda's reappearance on the Square and Phil suggests that Minty should seize his opportunity with her. Heading over to the community centre, Minty and Manda talk about old times and he's shocked when she shows him a Valentine's Day card he gave to her all those years ago. Relieved to hear that Minty was only looking after Summer for Dawn, Manda makes dinner arrangements with him.
Elsewhere, Ronnie's surprised when she discovers that Roxy's run up a £200 bar bill at R&R and asks to check with one of his old friends who the card belongs to; Jack begins to panic that his financial 'assistance' to Roxy will be uncovered; Ian decides to run the fruit and veg stall for a day tomorrow; Masood and Jane make a connection; Billy bumps into Jay in the Square and hands him a key to the flat in case of an emergency; and Jay makes a profit by selling some out-of-date food.
Jay tells Billy to stop dwelling on the past
Airs on Thursday, March 12 2009 at 19:30 GMT on BBC One
Billy's furious with Jay for going into his room without permission, but Jay's more concerned about the shrine he's dedicated to Honey and the kids. As Billy insists that his estranged wife will go back to him one day, Jay's to the point and reminds him that you can't make someone love you. Their argument escalates and when Billy suggests that Jay return to live with Bert, Jay storms out, while Billy makes another call to Honey. Later in The Vic, Janine tells Billy that he should stop dwelling on the past just as Patrick confronts him over the Minute Mart thefts. Despite Billy's protests that he needed the money, Patrick dismisses him from his cleaning job.
Later, back at the flat, Billy finds Jay inside again. Stowing the tools he's just bought in the flat, Jay talks about how much of a grafter his dad was. Mentioning that he's come to terms with the fact that Jase isn't coming back, Jay suggests that Billy face the reality that Honey isn't returning either. Making one final call to Honey, Billy packs away the photos of her. Out of the Square, Jay looks at a photo of his dad, before pulling a hood over his head. He's not living with Bert - he's homeless.
Meanwhile, Danielle's looking after baby Amy and accuses Stacey of being jealous of her situation. Archie turns up at the café to pick Amy up, while Ronnie and Roxy sit in a cell after being arrested on suspicion of prostitution. The pair have a heart-to-heart in the cell, with Roxy admitting that she misses her sister. With tears running down her face, Ronnie divulges that she still loves Jack. After being released from custody, Archie picks his daughters up from the station. Ronnie, however, is furious at her father's ongoing interference and tells him to leave Roxy alone.
Elsewhere, Tanya, Jane and Ian bond over a game of Twister; Jane and Masood share a 'moment' in the Masala Queen unit; and Ian has an incident with Tanya's chest.
