1. Faith is under suspicion

When drugs go missing in the ED, Stevie gets suspicious ? especially when she finds out that Faith was recently with Astrid in the hospital. Believing her friend was responsible for the theft, Stevie puts Faith on restricted duties. She asks to see inside her locker, but Faith refuses, undermining Stevie?s authority as acting clinical lead.

As tensions rise between the pair, Faith threatens to leave the ED during an argument. Has their friendship been damaged? And following Astrid?s temptation, has Faith really relapsed?

2. Meet Russell

It was recently announced that Cold Feet star Robert Bathurst would be joining Casualty in a guest role, playing surgeon Russell Whitelaw. The character makes his first appearance in the show next week in dramatic fashion, after a worrying incident in the operating theatre.

It is revealed that Russell had a health scare while holding a scalpel during an operation, and has wounded fellow surgeon Sean, who comes into the ED bleeding. Against Stevie?s orders, Faith runs some tests on Russell. What will she find?


3. Stevie masks her grief

After Rich?s death, Stevie steps up to acting clinical lead in Siobhan?s absence ? but she is putting on a brave face and tries to keep her own grief for Rich a secret. Siobhan returns to the ED to pick up her late husband?s belongings and confronts Stevie about a shocking revelation.

With Stevie preparing to resume her interview for clinical lead, will the day?s events affect her chances?

4. Jodie is in the spotlight

The team are left shocked after a true crime podcast reveals that Jodie slept with Aaron after his wife?s funeral. She is furious that this information was leaked and accuses Rida, who denies this and explains what really happened.

How has Jodie been exposed, and will she face more consequences?


5. Rida and Sean get closer

After the incident in theatre, Rida tends to Sean and treats his wound.

There has been a spark between the pair since Sean arrived at Holby, but as the pair get closer, will anything happen between them?

6. Ngozi has a dilemma

Ngozi previously delayed her return to Nigeria after pursuing a relationship with Nicole.

With Nicole returning to work soon, next week Ngozi questions her move to Nigeria to take care of her son Obi. What will she decide to do?
