Next week on Casualty, an exhausted Donna causes a shocking accident, while Faith makes a decision over her relationship with Iain.

Here's a full collection of the biggest moments coming up:

1. Donna struggles with her work-life balance


At the Emergency Department, Donna is rushed off her feet. She's about to clock off but is frustrated to find she has to work on her day off due to a colleague having norovirus.

The following day, Donna tries to ensure everything's in order at home before leaving for the ED again, much to the annoyance of her daughter.

Exhausted, and clearly struggling with her work-life balance, Donna tries to keep control as she arrives for her shift.

2. Donna and Rida deal with a devastating situation


Donna's day takes a difficult turn when a man called Malik brings in his wife Sufia, who has collapsed.

Malik doesn't speak any English and is understandably worried and confused, but Rida is able to communicate with him and learns that Sufia may have had a stroke and is pregnant.

The team quickly jump into action and do an emergency C-Section, where they manage to save the baby but Sufia tragically dies.

Donna and Rida are left to break the news to Malik, but the situation escalates when he lashes out.

3. Iain tries to support Faith


A drug-fuelled Faith heads out of the toilet ready to face work.

Iain asks Faith to go away with him for a weekend and then broaches the subject of him helping her in her recovery.

Iain suggests regular drug testing to check if Faith is clear, but she is clearly uncomfortable with the idea.

4. Donna causes a car crash


Donna is still feeling stressed and checks in back at home, where there are also problems.

At the end of an exhausting day, a weary Donna falls asleep at the wheel, prompting the car in front to swerve and crash.

Donna stops, stunned and now very much wide awake, surveying the damage she has created.

5. Faith makes a decision


At the end of the day, Iain asks Faith for the drugs test. She confidently hands over a patient's sample she took earlier. It's clean, but Iain still has doubts, which leads Faith to question if he actually trusts her at all.

Ashamed by Iain's testing demands, Faith confronts him but he insists he's only doing this because he loves her.

Faith insists that his love isn't reciprocated and ends their relationship.

6. Sah tells Teddy the truth


Sah feels guilty about their kiss with Paige the other week.

With their conscience weighing heavily on them, Sah eventually tells Teddy the truth.

7. Jan regrets her decisions


Jan is feeling deeply regretful over her decision to assist Gethin to die and the wedge that it has driven through her relationship with Ffion.

She's determined to put things right, but is it too late?
