Binge Britain:

Iain tries to make amends for his past by tentatively rebuilding a relationship with his family after loan sharks attack his mother and sister.
Meanwhile, Charlie and Duffy return from their honeymoon to a typical Saturday night at the ED, as Dylan and the department pull together to battle the effects of alcohol.
Elsewhere, as Sam reveals that he's been appointed Medical Director, Grace is back on the ward after her collapse. However, worryingly, she seems to have lost her ability to talk.
