​Charlie and Duffy try to inspire some changes.

The inspection report comes back and it's not good news. Jacob, Charlie and Duffy rally the nurses to try to raise team spirits using The Wizard of Oz as a theme.

David goes out with the paramedics and finds his courage, Louise bonds with a patient and finds her heart, and Noel finds his brain by solving a mystery. The nursing team are reunited, and a proud Charlie and Duffy watch on.

Meanwhile, Noel arrives at work only to find they have installed automated triage machines and he immediately feels usurped. Noel manages to connect with a patient and help change his life - something a machine can't do.
