Rita finds herself in a difficult situation when a fire breaks out in an elderly care home, while Lily helps a man with toothache realise the true extent of his problem.

When a fire breaks out in an elderly care home and a terminal patient Peter is taken ill, Rita has some concerns about the treatment he’s been getting.

Lily also has the task of persuading a patient with toothache that she knows the real cause of all his pain.

Elsewhere, Connie meets the CEO and questions Zoe’s competence, and Lofty makes his return to the ED.
