Just pisses me off when I read of stuff like this:

A mural by graffiti artist Banksy, which once featured on the cover of a single by rock band Blur, has been painted over by Hackney Council.

What was the problem with leaving the work of art in place? Equally astounding is their response:


Hackney Council was initially unrepentant.
Cllr Alan Liang said: "The council's position is not to make a judgement call on whether graffiti is art."

Why did they do such a thing? They should of left it the way it was instead of painting it over :(

Agreed, there was no need. Personally I don't class that type of grafitti as vandalism.

Type in the box directly underneath the wall then click the button.

That is what I have been doing, typing a message and then clicked on Paint It but nothing happens.

I think it has been happening, theres loads of writing on it that its like bubble writing its a thin black outline and colourless in the middle, I can only just make out there is something there but cant read what it says

How do you change the colouring of the writing or is it selected randomly? Can't see any bubble writing :(
