What a bizzare video haha. I really cant see this doing much, I think she should give Quicksand a proper release.

i like this video as she looks happy in it for a change, and she isnt that moody cow she appears to be, she was nice and happy at her gig.

I think the concept of the video is that to begin with they feel like they shouldn't be dancing along to her, then as they see one person is enjoying it they all gradually join in haha!

Im really coming round to the idea of this being a single now!
there's a lot of talk from fans that they want La Roux to release 'Cover My Eyes' for the Christmas charts. I do like a lot, but still want Tigerlily! :(

La Roux have "no plans" to re-release buzz single 'Quicksand', according to singer Elly Jackson.
The 21-year-old insisted that the track will not be given a second chance after peaking at number 153 on its original release in December 2008.
"No plans yet because first we have to release 'I'm Not Your Toy' followed by 'As If By Magic'," she told Hall-Musique.
"Then maybe 'Fascination'. I think it would feel odd to go back to 'Quicksand'."
The duo reached number two with breakthrough single 'In For The Kill' and later topped the singles chart with 'Bulletproof'.
Their self-titled debut album has shifted nearly 200,000 copies since its release in June.
'I'm Not Your Toy' is out on September 28.

La Roux singer Elly Jackson has revealed that her actress mother Trudie Goodwin gave her advice on how to deal with fame.
Goodwin, who has played June Ackland in ITV's The Bill for 23 years, offered her daughter tips on how to cope in the public eye before the duo rose to fame earlier this year.
"She's really good at saying things like, 'Never have a drink when you do an interview' - which I don't always take notice of! And 'Only give away what you need to give away'," Jackson told Heat.
"And she says that if there's paparazzi, just give them a picture and they'll f**k off."
The 21-year-old added that she was grateful that the paparazzi has so far respected her privacy.
"I think I've probably been photographed twice," she said. "I feel like it's a massive achievement. I just don't think it's necessary for success to have pictures of you all over the place."
