Jason Grimshaw enters the Mr Gay Weatherfield competition – and wins.
Straight Jason camps it up before ripping off his top in front of a pub full of screaming guys to take the title – much to
the horror of his man- loving pal Sean Tully.
The toned labourer, who is bedding Corrie vixen Tina McIntyre, goes on the lash with his football team – not realising they are all gay.
But rather than being shocked when he finds out, game Jason strips off for his man-hungry mates.
Our Street source revealed: “Jason has been playing football for weeks now but he’s so clueless he doesn’t realise he’s been playing for a ,gay team.
“When Sean catches Jason and his new mates partying in a gay club he realises his lies have gone too far and he has to come clean.
“The camp knicker-stitcher pulls their gym buddy Leon to one side and tells him Jason is straight and that he lied about them being ex-boyfriends.”
But Leon is still convinced Jason really is gay, so he enters him into the Mr Gay Weatherfield competition to help him out
of the closet.
Drunken Jason needs no pushing and quickly jumps up on stage with a drag queen and whips off his top.
Our insider added: “Jason is a massive hit with all the boys.
“Rather than being bothered that everyone thinks he’s gay, Jason actually loves all the attention.”
The scenes will be screened on Friday September 11 on ITV1 at 8.30pm.
