Whats the difference between moderators, super moderators and admins?

An Admin runs the board behind the scenes and in spuds case also owns the forum.
A Super Moderator has a few more extra tools than a Moderator.
A Moderator keeps the forum tidy by cleaning up junk or offensive posts.
