Denzel Washington has reportedly landed the role of Barack Obama in a new film biopic.

I love Denzel, he would be good as Obama imo.

If this turns out anything like W, the biopic on George Bush (can't remember which one), I won't be going to see it. Even my politician friend found W boring.

I am not surprised about Denzel being chosen but will the film be interesting to watch. I know and feel that Obama has achieved so much but I feel they need to wait a little longer before documenting a film about him

Yeah I think the same I mean they havent got much of his presedential time to put in the film

Perhaps they are focussing on his life before he became president and I would be interested in that

Its way to early for a film about Obama and isnt Denzel too old to play him

It is too soon I think they need to wait a few more years.
See how he performs as a president as all I have seen of him is someone that is trying to travel from country to country mending relations then actually running his country.
