Coronation Street's Craig Gazey has revealed that he has been given more scenes with Maggie Jones and Malcolm Hebden.
Speaking exclusively to DS at the Inside Soap Awards launch in Manchester, the actor - who plays eccentric butcher Graeme Proctor - expressed his delight at filming more scenes with Weatherfield comic characters Blanche Hunt (Jones) and Norris Cole (Hebden).
He said: "You might be pleased to know that me and Blanche... they're starting to put us together a little bit now. We've had our first two scenes together and it's pretty, good. I was speaking to the writers and they said perhaps they were putting me with Norris and they'd like to see me with them to shake that up a bit."
He added: "A lot of people joke that maybe [Graeme] could go out with Blanche, a little bit like that sketch in Little Britain. I think that's a little bit over the top!"
