I think she means has the red line along the bottom (Play line) fully loaded?

yeah the red line has to be going right across
Is your signal strong enough? Usually when my signal is two bars or less, youtube won't stream and I have to let it load before it plays.

i find the red bar doesnt have to be fully loaded as long as its further along than the part youre watching if that makes sense

yeah I find that but then sometimes if the red bit is moving really slowly I have to wait till its fully across otherwise it stops half way through

yeh its so annoying when it does that. most of the time it loads really quickly for me but the times it doesnt it takes forever!
