I thought she might have learned something from the fact that Jase died trying to earn money to keep her happy. Clearly not.
She started off with a lie, conning money from her mother to treat an illness but had a boob job instead, she has always been selfish and will never change. But we won't have to put up with her for much longer :)

I know Dawn and Garry are leaving the show, but when is this supposed to occur ?????
As I said in another post ,, Dawn hit the mother lode when Phil gave her that big stack of money last night, and she sure as heck is not going to use it to buy out the other two 's share for that house for HER AND GARRY AND SUMMER,, she will probably show up at the house with loads of shopping bags from high street...shes too SELFISH and will always be that way..
Phil will probably want her to pay him back in BED,,,:sick: :sick:

I don't mind him when he has Libby or Demi with him. I think they should've got rid of Dawn ages ago instead of Demi.
And I have a horrible feeling you're going to be right on that one, Jodi. I didn't like the way that Phil told Shirley that Dawn was her replacement last night. Some not mentioned at the time small print, exactly as Den did with Zoe when she was trying to get Dennis to stay with her. I'm sure Phil has refused to lend both Garry and Minty money once and they'd worked for him for a lot longer than she has; it's obvious he's going to want something out of it. :sick:

And they call this enterainment. They can dress it up how they like but it's prostitution and it's being allowed to be shown before 9pm with young people watching. :sick: Phils has give Dawn a load of dosh, she is going to blow it on clothes he is going to want payment, she's not got two pennies to rub together so she pays him by lying on her back what do you call that.
Oh wait a minute Septic Peg is sending me a message. EE are going to have the nerve to have this storyline nominated in next years Soap Awards.
Dawn is an extremely selfish person.. I was discussing this with my sister the other day and most "normal" parents do feel some sort of guilt for spoiling themselves and will rather spend money on their children.. I don't see Dawn doing this.. as long as she has her high fashion and expensive jewelry she doesn't care.. did she not learn anything at all from Jase's death.. he went back to crime to fund HER lavish lifestyle :angry:
To be fair, she does include Summer at times though, she complained to Garry that she does not want to dress her in cast-offs from charity shops. She just likes to include herself too. She never mentions Garry though, that he could do with a new shirt or pair of jeans.

It's so unrealistic you don't see Dawn having to deal with the issues that real single mums have to do like attending inteviews with an adivsor at the job centre or talking about the price of childcare. She is all me,me, me. I know the thought of Phil and Dawn gives many of us the heeves :sick: but maybe she is not bothered as long as she is getting cash to treat herself.
Totally agree.. she didn't care where Jase was getting the cash even after she found out.. she just wanted to rub it into people's faces of what she could afford...

she has two jobs, why would she have to go to the job centre? plus she works in a bar and pub, so that's mainly evening work when Gary or Minty or Darren are available.

I cant wait for Dawn to leave always hated the character - even wanted Mad May to kill her.
She has no love for Garry and he is a sad loser who really believes she wants him - she wants the good life and thats it so by sleeping with fat baldy Phil she thinks she will have it :sick:

Although she has two jobs they won't be great paid and technically she is a single parent but she is living with Gary as a couple is that not benefit fraud if she is claiming tax credit. It's not just EE it's all the soaps they don't reflect real life situations like redundancy.

EastEnders Phil Mitchell, played by Steve McFadden, is set to have a new love interest in the soap.
According to the Mirror, a source said: "Minty is totally paranoid that Manda still fancies old flame Phil, and thinks they could be having a fling.
"He follows Phil to the Arches convinced he's going to find the pair of them together. When he gets there he sees something terrible - but it's not what he expected."
Minty discovers that Phil is enjoying secret trysts with Garry's fiancée Dawn.
They added: "She's always been a sucker for money and power and Phil has both.
"Minty is left in the awful position of having to decide who he should tell. One thing's for certain, he won't want to see Garry get hurt."
This could mark the beginning of Ricky Groves (Garry) and Kara Tointon (Dawn) final storyline in the soap as they are due to leave 'EastEnders' later this summer.
In their final scenes, Garry jilts Dawn on their wedding day but apparently she rushes after him to stop him leaving.
An 'EastEnders' insider said viewers will have to "wait and see" if it's a happy ending.

Dawn Swann spends days wondering if she should end her affair with Phil Mitchell – only to discover he thinks it was just a fling.
And in her fury she takes a swipe at Phil after finding out he’s been *boasting to Minty that “it didn’t mean a thing”.
Minty had spotted her leaving the Vic late one night a few weeks ago and finally tells her Phil’s true thoughts.
He does his best to assure his best mate Garry Hobbs that Dawn still loves him while advising him to give her a bit of space.
At the same time he begs Dawn to give Garry another chance.
Our Walford source said: “Dawn is torn *between Garry and Phil and is having a really hard time deciding what she should do while Minty plays mediator.
“Dawn explains to Minty that sometimes she just isn’t in the mood and Garry takes this personally.
B*ut she also tells him Phil was very *upset when she called it off.
“In reality Phil’s told Minty he couldn’t care less about Dawn and doesn’t feel bad about the affair because “guilt is for wimps”.
“Dawn finally decides it is Garry she *really wants but when Minty sets her straight and tells her Phil hasn’t even considered the two of them might be *serious she hits the roof. She goes absolutely mental and totally loses the plot.
“Adamant that Phil led her on, Dawn makes her way to the Queen Vic where she bangs frantically on the doors.
“When Phil opens up she storms in and *accuses him of being a liar, screaming that he is a ‘cheating scumbag’ before threatening to tell Garry all about their affair and even taking a swing at him.”
Viewers can find out what happens next by tuning in to the dramatic episode on Tuesday August 4.

Dawn decides for Garry next week and they set a date for the wedding, you are right, it will be another couple of weeks before they finally leave for good.
