Tiny Imogen Moore has followed in her big sister's footsteps by landing a part in a leading soap - even though she is just three weeks old.

Sister Sophia, four, is a TV veteran who has played the role of Andy Sugden's daughter Sarah in Emmerdale since 2007.

And now Imogen will show off her own acting skills after she was cast as Maria Connor's baby boy Liam in Coronation Street.

The sisters' proud mum Emma, 29, of Huddersfield, said: "We started taking Sophia to drama classes when she was two and she just loved it. She's a natural.

"Imogen has only just started filming on Coronation Street in birth scenes with Maria.

"She's not going to be there too long because she's playing a boy but Samia Smith, who plays her mum, has got a great rapport with her - it helps because she's pregnant in real life and is very maternal towards her.

"If Imogen wants to follow Sophia into acting we will support her too. I'm really proud of them both." Sophia has also had roles in Heartbeat and The Royal.

Dad Matt, 37, who runs a taxi firm, said: "I'm not sure where her talent came from because we don't have any acting skills at all."
