Programme about the London Air ambulance. Really reccommend watching it. Amazing work they do. Can't believe air ambulances aren't funded by the government, especially considering the very important lifesaving work they do. :angry: Police helicopters (as far as I know) are funded by the government.

I've seen a few episodes. I really enjoy things like this, especially when some guy loses his mangled leg and his guts are all over the road (ok, slight exaggeration but you get my drift) :D

:lol: Eeew...I saw the one where the guy hit black ice and his legs were pointed in different directions. When they straightened his legs I had to cover my ears can't stand the sound of bones crunching. :S There was also a women who got run over by a double decker bus, trapped under it for 25 mins and survived. :eek:

I like real medical programmes you can see how they work properly, quite interesting they were showing how they did a thorocotamy in the programme I watched.
