Lee Latchford-Evans has launched a website providing tips and tutorials on keeping fit.
The former Steps star created FamouslyFit.com so that the public could have access to free advice from celebrities and health professionals.
"I've always been heavily into fitness and have been working on the idea for a while now," he told DS.
"I've qualified in many things in the fitness world like personal training, boxercise and martial arts. I do a lot of kickboxing, circuit training and core stability so it's a great opportunity to share the skills I have."
He added: "There's nothing better than seeing someone get fitter, stronger and healthier and subsequently feeling better about themselves."
Latchford-Evans, 34, added that he hopes to launch the website around the world after its official unveiling in July.
