L'Oréal Paris has great pleasure in welcoming the actor Patrick
Dempsey as its new Spokesperson for the brand L'Oréal Men Expert
outside the USA.
Patrick Dempsey will represent the new Men Expert Hydra-Sensitive
skincare line, especially adapted to sensitive and sensitised skins,
and the Studio Mineral Fx product line, the new generation of gentle
hairstyling products for men with mineral actives.

Born in Lewiston in the United States, Patrick Dempsey began his
artistic career in the theatre. After working initially with a troupe
in Maine, he performed in Brighton Beach Memoirs, in which he played
the leading role for a year all over America.
In 1985 he left the stage for films, and took part in his first
film, Heaven help us, with Donald Sutherland. Two years later he
co-starred with Amanda Peterson in Ronald Miller's romantic comedy
Can't Buy Me Love.
After a number of recurring roles in the series Once and again, Will
and Grace and The Practice, in 2002 he shared the billing with Reese
Witherspoon in Sweet Home Alabama.
But his career really took off with the highly successful series
Grey's Anatomy, which won him the Favorite Male TV star - Peoples
Choice award in both 2007 and 2008, and led to a Golden Globe
nomination two years running in 2006 and 2007. Designated as best male
actor in a television series in 2007 by the Screen Actors Guild, he
obtained a role in a big Walt Disney production, Enchanted and
co-starred with Hilary Swank in the film Freedom Writers.
In 2008, Patrick Dempsey starred in the film Made of Honor, where he
plays alongside Michelle Monaghan and Sydney Pollack.
