STRICTLY hunk Matt di Angelo is caught up in a love triangle again — but this time it’s on Casualty.
The former EastEnder plays a student whose fiancée has been cheating with his best man.
The trio end up in Holby City Hospital after a car crash.
Matt, 22, is no stranger to relationship struggles.
His Strictly Come Dancing partner Flavia Cacace, 29, dumped pro-dancer Vincent Simone to be with him.
Vincent, 30, later accused the former Hustle star of stealing his girlfriend of 11 years and said the split left him heartbroken. Flavia and Matt, who were Strictly runners-up in 2007, set up home together last year after letting rumours of a break up circulate to keep their love private.
He will star in the final two episodes of the BBC medical drama’s current series at the end of July.
Matt’s not the first Strictly celebrity to guest star in Casualty. Journalist John Sergeant, 65, made a cameo last Saturday as himself investigating a story about a sick MP who was in hospital.
