Paul disappears, testing the faith of those who believe in his innocence. Rebecca fears that she has been betrayed again, but when Paul secretly contacts her, Rebecca flouts the law and commits to helping him. Paul?s disappearance is the final straw for Elle, who takes steps to cut her father off. When Paul fails to report for bail an arrest warrant is issued. Rebecca's commitment to Paul pits her against Elle, who is determined to bring her father to justice.

Feeling let down by the adults in their lives, Declan and Bridget further their plan to move out. While Steve pledges his heartfelt support of Bridget, Declan?s confronted with the bleak realities of the rental market. But a positive comes from the experience when Dec realises how devoted their friends are to them, as one family fades another is coming to the fore.

Sunny reveals that she's never been kissed and Zeke promises to make the first time special, organising a date that night. But Ringo's not happy when he hears Sunny won't write love letters to Donna for him anymore, knowing he doesn't have the skills to write the things Donna wants to hear from him. When Donna reveals just how much she's staking her self-esteem on the letters, Sunny relents and agrees to help Ringo one last time. But Zeke finds out and and Ringo is forced to come clean. As the boys nurse their wounds, Sunny explains to a very hurt Donna exactly why she wrote what she did, leading to an unexpected kiss.
Thursday 28th May
Libby finally tells Steph how being around her brother's new babies brought back her unresolved grief. Libby says she'd do anything to give Dan a baby and Steph offers to be her surrogate.
Friday 29th May
Dan's inability to come to terms with having Steph act as their surrogate shocks Libby. Steph confronts Dan, and calls him on letting his own insecurities take priority over Libby's desperate desire to have another child. Inadvertently prompted by Bridget, Dan reveals that his real concern is about losing control and being challenged. But happiness is soon undercut when Karl forces Steph to reveal that if she carries their child, she risks her breast cancer returning.
