would you hand in a ticket if you found one and if the ticket you found was a winner, should it be yours?
I know most people don't sign the back of their tickets so if they lose it on the street, shops etc should it be a case of finders keepers??
Honestly if i found a ticket i would keep it
I was thinking the same, specially if it is not signed at the back.. if it was then to claim you would have to forge the signature and that is fraud
I would keep it as long as it wasnt signed. If someone is stupid enough to lose a ticket then thats their fault.

I never sign the ticket I put it in my purse then check it on the Saturday night then bin it if I have not won any money on it. I wouldn't hand it a ticket unless I saw who had dropped it.
Heard this on the local news earlier. I don't understand how it can be considered fraud if the ticket wasn't signed. I would keep a ticket too.
What are you meant to do with an unsigned ticket? As you don't know who it belongs to, I would keep it too.
i would keep it to as i would thiknk it would be highly unlikely the numbers would come up.

A EuroMillions ticket holder is believed to have broken the world lottery record by winning a 126m euros (£110m) jackpot. The ticket, which had all seven winning numbers, was bought in Spain.
If the ticket belonged to a single person, not a syndicate, it would be the world's largest lottery win.
The EuroMillions lottery pools stakes from nine European countries. The main prize pool is rolled over if there is no jackpot winner.
Tickets are sold in the UK, the Irish Republic, France, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium and Luxembourg.
The lottery takes place every Friday.
The biggest previous lottery wins came in Italy's Superenalotto, with an estimated jackpot of £81m in October last year, and in the EuroMillions lottery in 2005, which produced a £77m winner from the Irish Republic, British lottery group Camelot said.
The winning numbers in this week's EuroMillions draw were 04, 23, 24, 29, 31. The "Lucky Star" numbers were 08 and 09.
How jammy is that I didn't even get one scabby number
