Mick (Tony Haygarth) agrees to help Lee (Lewis Linford) with his duties at Home Farm, still feeling guilty for causing his accident. Nathan (Lyndon Ogbourne) is interested to hear of this development from Katie (Sammy Winward) and continues to goad Lee about where Katie’s affections lie. Lee goes for Nathan and has to be restrained by Mick. Later that day, Mick is horrified when Nathan makes it clear he knows he is the poacher and he expects to be fully reimbursed. Mick agrees and begs Nathan to keep the truth from Lee. When Lee notices the disagreement, Mick is forced to come clean. Lee finds it hard to take in the revelation that his granddad is the poacher. After further stirring at the Woolpack that evening Nathan sacks Lee when he swings for him. Is Nathan coming closer to ruining Lee’s life?
Meanwhile, the Dingles are collectively worried when Zak still doesn’t make contact with them. Sam (James Hooton) receives some good news when Nathan asks him to reconsider his resignation and offers him more money. However, with everyone’s minds still on Zak’s disappearance Shadrach (Andy Devine) suggests that he’ll come home when he’s ready but Lisa (Jane Cox) is on edge at the possibility that he’ll miss Belle’s school recital. Will Zak get in touch with his family?

Belle (Eden Taylor-Draper) starts to confide in Will (Oscar Lloyd) about Zak’s disappearance but then lies that her dad has gone to work in South America. Word reaches the villagers that Zak is innocent and Shadrach (Andy Devine) starts to spread the word in the hope that he will return in time for Belle’s reading at the Easter celebrations. Lisa is grateful but warns that if Zak disappoints Belle by not turning up there will be hell to pay. Will word of Zak’s redemption find him somewhere in the Dingleverse?
Elsewhere, Lexi (Sally Oliver) confronts Carl (Tom Lister) for his avoiding of her and complains that Nicola (Nicola Wheeler) and Jimmy (Nick Miles) have more of a spark than they do. Carl sidesteps her attempts to engage him and leaves, enraging his new bride. Will Lexi be able to kick-start her marriage?

Mick explains he’s in debt and desperate and so Lee forgives him and offers to move in and help him financially when he sees the reality of the situation.
Later, Nathan attempts to create a rift between Katie and Lee by coercing her into having a drink with him. Nathan offers Lee his job back to stay in favour with Katie, but Lee throws it back in his face, making Nathan appear the better man. After spending the afternoon together Nathan walks Katie home. He leans in and Katie expects a kiss, but he pecks her on the cheek, leaving Katie feeling strangely unsatisfied. Have Katie’s attentions shifted to Nathan?

The Dingles gather ahead of Belle’s (Eden Taylor-Draper) recital and while she goes through her lines, the family are distracted by Zak’s absence. When Aaron (Danny Miller) enters and asks after Zak, Lisa (Jane Cox) is forced to reveal to Belle that her dad may not show up. Belle is adamant though that Zak won’t break his promise. When they arrive at the Church Lisa is despondent when Ashley (John Middleton) tells her he hasn’t seen Zak. Belle is upset when Zak fails to show for her recital. She shocks Lisa when she decides she wants Dingle justice and demands that Zak stands trial in front of the family for breaking a promise. Will Lisa enforce her daughter’s wishes?
Also, Natasha (Amanda Donohoe) asks Maisie (Alice Coulthard) to attend a clay pigeon shoot she is organising but burns further bridges with her daughter when she shows reluctance to Andy (Kelvin Fletcher) being able to attend. Mark (Maxwell Caulfield) mocks the way his wife handled the situation and so Natasha pays Andy a visit. He is taken aback when Natasha personally invites him to the event. After telling Maisie, who is delighted, Andy still has doubts as to whether Natasha is playing games with them. Will Andy be accepted into the Wylde’s bosom?

Maisie (Alice Coulthard) and Andy (Kelvin Fletcher) are unmoved by Natasha’s (Amanda Donohoe) attentions when she welcomes them to the shoot. Determined to better her mother, Maisie delights in Andy’s perfect score and lovingly congratulates her man. However, the atmosphere turns sour when Debbie (Charley Webb) arrives and Maisie is livid that Natasha has invited her to wind Andy up. Natasha is unrepentant and splits her party into teams, leaving Andy separated from Maisie. With Debbie on his team Andy’s attention is distracted when she baits him about his attitude to Sarah. When the shoot ends Maisie turns on Natasha and they fiercely argue. Andy steps in to support Maisie and his interference leads Nathan (Lyndon Ogbourne) to join the fray. Realising the situation is escalating out of her control Natasha tells Nathan to back off. However, incensed at the day’s outcome Maisie tells Natasha she is moving in with Andy.
Meanwhile, Mark (Maxwell Caulfield) is disturbed when he receives a text reading “Having fun?” in the middle of the shoot. He swirls round and notices a movement in the trees but can’t get a fix on who it is. Determined to investigate, Mark asks Jimmy (Nick Miles) to cover for him while he heads towards the trees. After chasing the figure through the woods Mark is alarmed when Faye (Kim Thomson) emerges. She slaps him initially but the atmosphere soon calms and Faye reveals she found him because of the Horse and House article. Faye asks Mark why he disappeared and forces him to admit he used to love her. Mark is horrified when she tells him she wants him. Mark offers her anything she wants to leave as she is no longer part of his life. Their conversation is interrupted when they hear Natasha’s voice searching for Mark. Faye tells Mark they’ll continue their conversation at a later date. What is Faye’s connection to Mark?
Despite Lisa’s (Jane Cox) best efforts to convince her otherwise, Belle (Eden Taylor-Draper) demands that they proceed with a Dingle court. The Dingle’s hold court and Will (Oscar Lloyd) is sworn in by the Dingle code as a witness for Belle. With Sam (James Hooton) as the judge and Shadrach (Andy Devine) defending the absent Zak, Belle gives an impassioned testimony about how her father has let her down. Realising it’s down to him to save Zak’s neck, Shadrach reflects on his own failings with Gennie (Sian Reese-Williams) and says his brother deserves a chance to make things right. Nevertheless, when put to the vote Zak is found guilty. In accordance with Dingle law they decide to excommunicate him. Will Zak be banished from the family forever?

Victoria (Isabel Hodgins) complains about Daz (Luke Tittensor) and Scarlett (Kelsey-Beth Crossley) flaunting their relationship so he confronts her about the foul mood she’s been in. Victoria demands he treats her with some respect and argues that he’s the cheat, not her. Daz refuses to get into an argument and while he exits Victoria shouts after him that he can’t pretend nothing’s changed. She’s furious that evening when she’s told that Daz has booked a romantic weekend with Scarlett. On his way to the car Daz is shell-shocked when Victoria tells him she may be pregnant but still heads off on his trip with Scarlett. Has their mutual attraction led to a life-changing outcome?

Back at Home Farm Natasha quizzes Mark, fearing some dark truth will emerge. Mark however covers by producing jewellery he bought for her. How long can Mark pacify Natasha with lavish gifts and lies?
