Maximo Park, White Lies and Paolo Nutini have been added to this year's Isle of Wight Festival line up.
The View, The Zombies and The Rifles have also joined the bill for the three day festival which takes place over the weekend of 12-14 June.
The event, which is now in its eighth year since its 2002 reincarnation, will be held at Seaclose Park, Newport.
Last year's festival was headlined by Sex Pistols, The Police and Kaiser Chiefs.
The Prodigy, Stereophonics and Neil Young will top the bill over the 2009 weekend, which is expected to attract more than 50,000 fans.
Other acts on the bill include Pixies, The Ting Tings, Razorlight, Basement Jaxx, Pendulum, The Charlatans and Ultravox.
The festival secured legendary status in the late 1960s - famously hosting Jimi Hendrix's penultimate performance.
