HOUSE star Hugh Laurie has beaten movie hunk George Clooney in a poll of TV’s sexiest doctors.
The British comic, 49 — grumpy Dr Gregory House in the show on Five — came third.
He was just ahead of Clooney, 47, who is set to return as Dr Doug Ross in ER on More4.
Heart-throb Matthew Fox, 42, came top as Dr Jack Shepherd in Lost on Sky One.
Second was Strictly Come Dancing champion Tom Chambers, 31, for his role as hunky Dr Sam Strachan on BBC1’s Holby City.
Following Clooney in fifth was Tristan Gemmill as Dr Adam Trueman in Casualty on BBC1, then Zach Braff, 33, as Dr John “JD” Dorian in Scrubs on E4
Screen veteran Dick Van Dyke also made the list — at the age of 83.
The poll of 1,000 women by Yakult placed his character Dr Mark Sloan in Diagnosis: Murder in seventh place.
