Screen Shots-Help

Hey on some peoples banners, some have like 'screen caps' on them of action from eastenders...etc.

How do i do that. I tried prnt sc and pasting it on psp but it keeps on moving lol.
Can I have some help thanks.

Try pausing the video then taking a cap. It might work.

I think that you have to take screen shots of every frame then play them one after the other. Your best off talking to BlackKat who makes those banners.

Yeap I know that, thanks but when i pause it it moves...lol.

Most of my video files are RealPlayer and I'm useless at WMP, sorry. You could of course import the video file into Windows Movie Maker if you have it and then use the tool in that.
