JASON Grimshaw has a drunken romp with his AUNT in Corrie’s most bizarre love plot ever.

Jason (Ryan Thomas) is gutted when fiancée Becky Granger (Katherine Kelly) dumps him for Steve McDonald (Simon Gregson).

He is comforted by older factory supervisor Julie Carp (Katy Cavanagh) — also down in the dumps after splitting with dopey Kirk Sutherland.

But all hell breaks loose when the unlikely couple find out they are related.

A show insider says: “They are both horrified when they finally discover the truth.”

It is a shame that they can't think of anything else to do with characters but to have them go off with others although they are meant to be in stable relationships. If this is meant to be shocking, they are wrong. It is plain sad and stupid. :(

Ah this explains the weird reaction julie had to when eileen was asking about julies mum after realising she knew her mum at school, there is obviosly some deep secrets there

Eileen and Julie appear to be sisters so Jason and Julie getting together is keeping it in the family

i didn't think having sex with your aunt/nephew was illegal, i don't think cousins are. i thought it had to be closer, like siblings or parent and child.

It is illegal to have sex with an aunt or uncle.

Cousins are fine because they're not such a close blood relation.

Yeah but in Jason and Julie's defence/TPTB defence... they didn't know when they slept together..

It strangely happens..

I once read of a story where a man and woman got married...and then found out they were actually brother and sister...

But i thought it was gunna turn out that Julie is pregnant. Let me guess its gunna be another whos the daddy storyline. Soaps are getting stupid.
