Animal Park new series

Does anyone know what happened to the new series of Animal Park that started in January. It was on for just one week and then mysteriously disappeared. I did hear that Ben Fogle was unwell after his trips to South America but not sure how true this is or if it is the reason the series was cut short. I love Animal Park and am bored with watching the repeats now!

Ben got leishmaniasis in South America. It's a flesh eating bug.

He's getting better but I don't know when he'll be back filming.

Ben is currently taking part in team QinetiQ, re-enacting the race to the South Pole by Amundsen and Scott and the team successfully reached the South Pole at 3.30pm on 22nd January 2009. They travelled 473.6 miles during the race and finished in a fantastic 2nd place, just over 20 hours behind Norwegian long distance ski experts 'Team Missing Link'.
