Noel Gallagher has suggested that all the musicians that support Manchester City form a supergroup.
The Oasis guitarist claimed that he would even consider writing an FA Cup song for the football team if he was drunk.
"It wouldn't be a bad supergroup," he told The Sun. "Johnny Marr, Billy Duffy, Doves, Damon Gough, Mike Pickering and Rick Wakeman. And don't dis Rick - he's one of us. There's a guy out of the Super Furry Animals and two guys out of The Coral too."
Gallagher added: "I'd probably also say yes to doing an FA Cup Final record too - then sober up and say, 'Hang on a minute, I can't be writing an FA Cup song'."
Who is going to form a Man United band then?
