Steve Bastoni who plays Steve Parker is rumoured to have quit after under two years with the show.

I hope not, because we've got the storyline with Bridget at the moment. It wouldn't make sense for them both to leave when she's pregnant/has the baby etc. (If she has the baby lol)

Yeah true, she'll need someone in her family at least for support. And there's Mickey as well.. don't think he's leaving is he??

im assuming if this is true they would need a story to write just him out i like the parkers as well

It seems that stories of Steve Bastoni's exit are true, and Steve won't be the only Parker heading out of town. Nikki Coghill (Miranda) and Eloise Mignon (Bridget) will also be filming their final scenes. The Herald Sun reports that the decision to write out the Parkers came about when Eloise quit her role as Didge to return to her university studies. All three will film their final scenes in April, and last appear on Australian screens in July. It's not known what this will mean for the future of the other two residents of 26 Ramsay Street, Fletcher O'Leary (Mickey) and Tom Oliver (Lou).

I dont really like all of them, sometimes they get tooo.....annoying, but I would still like some of them to stay

Maybe....Bridget has the baby then they all move to the city so she can still go to train to be a doctor and they look after the kid while she studies in the day.

The Parker family is to leave Neighbours after two years on the soap, it has been announced.

The decision to write the entire family out was made following the news that both Eloise Mignon and Steve Bastoni are planning to quit the series.

"I only planned to be on the show for a year to 18 months but I’ve been here two years now and have done enough," said Bastoni, who stars as patriarch Steve Parker. "There’s nowhere else for the character to go."

Mignon, who plays Bastoni’s on-screen daughter Bridget, quit the series to return to her university studies.

The Parkers will film their final scenes on Ramsay Street in April and leave Australian screens in July.
