this could really have gone anywhere (healthy, TV or Books) but did anyone watch this last night.. it was really really interesting. Second part is on next week. It was funny (well it is Terry) and quiet sad that a man who writes such fabulous book is slowing losing his ability to do this

I might have to watch this sounds interesting and since my grandad has it I think it will be interesting to watch

I didn't watch it I'll catch up on iplayer. My gran died of Alzheimers when I was 9. It was strange as she did things like post her bag of fish into the post box instead of letters. I used to laugh at the things she did. It wasn't until I got older that I understood the heartache my mum, auntie and uncles went through.

Author Terry Pratchett has been knighted by the Queen at Buckingham Palace for services to literature.

Sir Terry, 60, was named in the New Year Honours list.

Best known for his hugely popular Discworld series of comic fantasy novels, he has sold more than 55 million books worldwide.

In 2007 Sir Terry was diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer's disease and has since campaigned to raise awareness of the condition.
