It's already in the top 40 I'm sure, it was on the radio in work yesterday.
I love it! Though, have you noticed how rude her lyrics are? They're funny though, I love her stuff I think it's great :)

I've loved Gaga ever since I found out about her last Summer and this is definately one of my favourite songs from The Fame, along with Beautiful Dirty Rich. It's so catchy and I think it's a number 1 hit, for sure.

I can't wait until she does a UK tour, without the Pussycat Dolls and Ne-yo :)

AMAZING! LOVE IT! It's the best song in forever lol! I really like it! It's perfect to sing to and to dance to in clubs, it's just brilliant tbh lol!

I really hope it gets to number one, I don't get why it hasn't!?!?!

I'm getting annoyed by it too. Even fan videos with the music over pictures are being removed, and videos that have been put up by the artists' record labels. They're removing American Idol vids too.

I don't know how long youtube will keep this thing going. It must take up a lot of time constantly searching for music videos, removing them and sending the user a warning. It's not just recent uploads, they've gone back as far 2000 (I got the message on some of my favourites).

Only the videos by non-UK artists are being removed.

Lady GaGa has maintained her hold over the UK singles chart, notching up a second week at number one with 'Poker Face'.

The US pop singer holds off a strong challenge from indie trio Noisettes, who debut at two with 'Don't Upset The Rhythm (Go Baby Go)', the track from the Mazda 2 TV advert.

Lady GaGa has scored an impressive UK chart double this week.

'Poker Face' notches up a third week on top of the singles chart, while parent album The Fame climbs to number one on the albums chart for the first time.

The US pop singer becomes the first artist to top both charts simultaneously since Lily Allen in February.

Elsewhere on the UK albums chart, Kings of Leon hold steady at two with Only By The Night, while Annie Lennox bounces back to three with The Collection.

The highest new entry of the week comes from US rapper Flo Rida, who debuts at five with R.O.O.T.S.

I HATE that version lol, sorry. Doesnt suit the song at all! Lady GAGA can do slow songs - Brown Eyes and Paparazzi are beautiful, but Poker Face is just invented to be an upbeat dance track.

But i think that acoustic version proves Lady Gaga can sing to any of those people who think she can't/couldn't!

Yeah, because she gets alot of rubbish written about her voice. You can hear how talented she is on this version and other songs such as Brown Eyes and Wonderful. The first Gaga song I discovered was Wonderful and then after hearing her album I was totally shocked because I thought it was two different artists. It's a gorgeous song:

it's a shame love game didn't make it as a single in the end

then again "i wanna take a ride on your disco stick" is a bit of a dirty lyric, saying that lilly allen had some in Not Fair and they just block it out so they could have for that

Lady GaGa repeated a promise to flash onstage during a recent show in Philadelphia.

The singer told the crowd at the Electric Factory that she had promised to strip as a favour to the audience after being forced to reschedule the show in the US city.

Mid-set, Lady GaGa said: "[I said I'll be] extra nice to Philly because I bailed on them. And they said: 'GaGa, what are you going to do extra? Your show's already too long, you spent too much money, la la la'.

"So I said: 'I'm going to show Philadelphia my vagina'."

The singer then segued into a performance of chart-topping single 'Poker Face' backed by a piano.

Lady Gaga's single Poker Face is the most downloaded song in Britain in the five years since download charts were first compiled, the Official UK Charts Company said Sunday.

Digital sales now make up 98 percent of the singles market.

The New York singer, 23, known for her outlandish dress sense, topped the all-time chart, with US band Kings of Leon also among the most downloaded artists.

Poker Face notched up 779 000 sales on downloads, while "Just Dance", her first single release in Britain, came third in the chart with 700 000 sales.

Sex On Fire by Kings of Leon came second, while the Tennessee family were also fourth with Use Somebody. British electropop duo La Roux's In For The Kill - the most recent release in the top 10 - was at number five.

The top five were all released within the past 12 months, indicating the importance of download sales to the music industry.

The Official Download Chart was launched in September 2004 to reflect the most popular tracks within the new legitimate download business.


"This is a fabulous achievement from Lady Gaga, to come from nowhere in January to dominating the all-time downloads list with two in the top three," said charts company managing director Martin Talbot.

"Her success - and that of Kings Of Leon and Leona Lewis, too - reflect the resurgent success of the singles market in the era of the download and highlights that mass appeal pop music is alive and well in 2009."

Lady Gaga said: "I am honoured to be the songwriter and performer behind the number one and number three all-time most downloaded songs in history in the UK."
