Monday 02/02

Amy and Josh prepare for their first antenatal class but their excitement turns sour when Ste shows up. As the boys square up to each another, Amy's temper explodes and Natty, another father at the class, steps in to calm things down. As Ste and Natty walk home, a mutual bond is forged over looming fatherhood and they head into The Dog for a pint. As his friendship blossoms with Natty, Ste sees an opportunity to goad Josh and he reminds him that he'll never get rid if him - he'll always be part of Amy's future. After all, he is the baby's father. Sarah calls in on Mike on the pretext of collecting college books in the hope that he'll speak to her, but he remains cool and distant. Back at college, Mike bumps into Zoe and exchanges pleasantries, unaware that Sarah's watching, envious of their friendliness. Zoe meets Kris and the friends enjoy an afternoon of drinking in the SU and we see signs of the old Zoe resurfacing. As things become progressively messier, a drunken Zoe and Kris are surprised when Mike approaches. Declining the offer to join them, he regretfully leaves them to it and looks back at the girl he loves, realising he's lost her forever. Archie manages to wind Zoe up over her lesbian encounter with Sarah and Zoe rises to his bait. He then attempts his luck with Sarah once more, but she still remains unaffected by his charms, leaving him puzzled - he doesn't usually have this much trouble with the opposite sex. Throwing his all into the pursuit of Sarah, Archie's astounded to listen to the five requirements Sarah wants from a prospective boyfriend and vows to fill the criteria by hook or by crook. Warren continues his battle to get Spencer ready for the day ahead. A bemused Sasha's arrival spurns Spencer into action and Warren watches in disbelief as his younger brother does what Sasha says. Sasha takes Spencer to the skate park and uses the opportunity to find out all he knows about Warren. On their return, Sasha's thrilled when she catches Warren just before he heads into the shower, leaving her breathless at the sight of his naked body - her crush is growing by the day.

Tuesday 03/02

Rhys moans to Josh that they never hang out together anymore, so in an attempt to include him, Josh invites him to Leah's birthday party. As he and Rhys prepare for the party, Josh feels pressurised to glam it up, so tells Rhys that they're also celebrating his and Amy's engagement. On hearing the 'news', Amy hits the roof and confronts Josh - today should be about Leah and no one else. With Rhys determined to liven things up and drink his way through the party, Amy's nerves are soon frayed. However, it's Ste and Pauline's arrival that causes her to completely freak out. Amy confronts Ste and is aghast to hear that Pauline still thinks Leah's his daughter. Putting Amy in a difficult position, he beseeches her to keep the lie for just for a little longer. When Mike turns up, he's concerned to see Pauline and Ste in attendance. As Amy's stress levels increase, a drunken Rhys causes havoc when he insults Amy, causing Josh steps in to defend her honour. With the party in tatters around her, Amy's disgusted by Josh's behaviour. Zoe's filled with trepidation when she discovers that Mike and Sarah are attending the same lecture as her. Archie seeks help from Kris as he attempts to tick off number two on Sarah's list and soon finds himself coerced into impersonating the lecturer. Zoe's shocked to hear that Mike is leaving the village, while Kris manages to usher the visiting lecturer away, enabling Archie to take his place. As the lecture begins, Mike, Sarah and Zoe grow increasingly uncomfortable when other students begin to talk and snigger between themselves and Sarah decides that she's had enough. Fleeing the room, Archie realises he's blown his chance and looks on with regret. As the lecture draws to a close, Kris congratulates Archie on his success. However, Archie is downbeat when he admits it won't count as Sarah wasn't there to witness his applause. Deciding to move on to 'billboard model', Archie begins plans for his next challenge. Pauline arrives unannounced on Ste's doorstep with a birthday present for Leah. Panicking, Ste realises there's no other option than to tell his mum the truth about Amy ending their relationship. Outraged that he's not allowed to see his own daughter on her birthday, Pauline forces Ste to hot-foot it to the Barnes' to see Leah - there's no way she's taking no for an answer. At the party, Pauline's devastated to learn from Josh that Ste's not Leah's father.

Wednesday 04/02

Ste vents his anger in the kitchen as he tells Dom about Pauline turning up and the chaos at Leah's party. Suggesting he should accept his mum for who she is, Ste is left with food for thought. Rushed off his feet, Ste's struggling to cope alone when Pauline turns up. Furious, Ste refuses to listen but with Dom's words echoing in his head, he reluctantly gives her a chance. When a passing Amy is dragged inside to hear Pauline's apology, Amy finds herself accepting Pauline's words. She also agrees to let Ste see Leah and the new baby, but this is his final chance - if he blows this, it's over. Pauline makes a quick exit from Il Gnosh and the reason soon becomes apparent when Dom returns to find two hundred pounds missing from the till. Ste finds himself sacked on the spot. Once more, Pauline has ruined Ste's chances.
An anxious Calvin confides in Warren that today's the day he hears about his promotion. Meanwhile, Ravi finds himself alone and in charge of the Loft, so decides to invite Kris over for some fun. Kris arrives to find the place empty and is surprised when he's dragged into the office by an amorous Ravi.
The boys freeze when they hear Warren walk in, but some quick-thinking from Kris saves their blushes and their secret is safe from discovery. Calvin calls in and Warren is surprised by his brusque manner, but soon hears the reason for it when a disgruntled Calvin confesses he never got the promotion.
With Carmel convinced he'll get the job, Calvin states he can't tell her the truth just yet and suggests he help out Warren with some dodgy jobs in return for payment. Archie attempts to lighten Zoe's mood by telling her about his plan to woo Sarah. As Kris begins to take photos of Archie for his 'billboard' poster, Archie continues to be his usual insensitive self and a neglected Zoe flees the room. Archie finds it difficult to assemble his billboard photos on the Piazza and after much deliberation, finally finishes it to his satisfaction. Meanwhile, Kris seeks out Zoe and apologises for his lack of support earlier in the day. The friends soon make up and high jinx is on the cards when they sabotage Archie's poster. Unaware of what's happened, a proud Archie poses next to it when Sarah passes, before realising he's been made a fool of. It does, however, bring a smile to Sarah's face. A down-in-the-dumps Amy begins the day by tidying up after Leah's party and amongst the rubbish, she finds the bank book from Ste. When she meets up with Sarah, Amy insists she'd never get back with Ste as it's Josh she loves and wants to be with. As talk turns to Mike, it all becomes too much for Sarah and she's soon in floods of tears, thinking that he'll never speak to her again. Amy dismisses the suggestion emphatically and the sisters agree to stick together from now on.

Thursday 05/02

Carmel's geared up for the arrival of a sales manager, hoping to get Evissa's name on the map. A reluctant Calvin soon finds himself enlisted as her model and agrees to meet her at the salon.
Jeff the sales manager arrives ready for his presentation, driving the same make of car that Warren has asked Calvin to steal for him. Despite letting his wife down, Calvin misses the modelling job to steal the car. Carmel grows increasingly nervous at Calvin's disappearance and tries her best to placate Jeff, but he's in an unforgiving mood and Carmel only succeeds in winding him up even more. When Jeff realises his car keys are missing, the police are soon involved. A guilt-ridden Calvin offers comfort to a devastated Carmel, while she remains oblivious to the fact that the whole sorry mess is all down to him.
Warren's caught up in a dodgy deal and receives a phone call asking him to acquire a specific car - no questions asked. Spencer overhears the conversation but he's far more interested in his growing feelings for Sasha and insists Warren should invite her over for dinner with him tonight.
Calvin turns up and Warren offers him the job. Realising it clashes with Carmel's presentation, he faces a difficult decision ahead. Calvin heads to Evissa where luck plays its hand and he discovers Jeff's key fob on reception. Pocketing the keys, Calvin finds himself in the driving seat and deposits the car with Warren. Even though the car is the wrong colour, he hands the keys over. Warren's preoccupied with an excited Spencer, who's ecstatic at the thought of his date with Sasha. When Sasha arrives, she's disappointed to see that there's no sign of Warren and when an amorous Spencer tries to kiss her, she flees the flat leaving him devastated. Ste calls in at Il Gnosh to ask Dom for his job back, but no matter how hard he protests his innocence, Dom is unable to forgive him. As the pair argue between themselves, Natty arrives and drags Ste off for a quiet chat. Ste's full of anger at the injustice of it all and even though it was his mum's fault, he's still being held accountable. Natty attempts to impart some wise words, but they fall on deaf ears - in this mood, it just feels like Natty's having a pop. Deciding to take matters into his own hands, Natty finds himself face to face with Dom and the topic of conversation turns to Ste. With Natty's words reverberating round his head, Dom backtracks and a delighted Ste is handed his job back. Nancy and Kris are ready for a live show when Kris receives a text from Ravi telling him he wants to see him immediately! Rushing from the studio, Kris claims he won't be long and leaves a bemused Nancy alone. Finding Ravi waiting for him, the boys fall into a passionate embrace as all thoughts of the radio show fall to the wayside. Afterwards, Kris rushes back to an angry Nancy who's been holding the fort, even though she has no idea what she's doing. Soon the temperature increases and Kris finds himself repeating his earlier experience, only this time with Nancy

Friday 06/02

Ste's full of the joys of spring now he has his job back at Il Gnosh. Dom's spirits aren't quite as buoyant, which gives Ste an idea on how to cheer him up. Commandeering Dom's phone, Ste is up to mischief when he sends Loretta a text from Dom, expressing his wish to meet up with her again.
While Dom laments he's better off alone, he soon changes his tune when Loretta appears out of the blue. Ste's impressed by Loretta's good looks and a bashful Dom appears, pleased by her arrival. As they chat about how much they've missed each other, it becomes apparent to both Loretta and Dom that somebody has set them up. Embarrassed, Loretta leaves while an angry Dom confronts Ste. With thoughts of Tina playing on his mind, Dom admits he's not ready to move on but when Ste points out all his similarities with Loretta, Dom agrees it would be a shame to let her walk away. Finding Loretta bird watching, Dom admits how he feels and it's not long before Loretta confesses her feelings, too. Love is finally in the air. Warren's anxious when Sasha fails to show at the flat to look after Spencer, so he decides to head over to the Valentines' to see what's going on. Sasha's alarmed to find Warren on her doorstep and not wishing to displease him, finds herself agreeing to go over to the flat. At The Loft, Calvin arrives looking for his money for stealing the car yesterday. Meanwhile, an anxious Sasha turns up at Warren's flat and persuades Spencer to let her in. Maintaining they can never be boyfriend and girlfriend, she finally convinces him that everything is OK between them, but Warren must never know he tried to kiss her - it's their secret.
Warren's impressed by Sasha's handling of Spencer and agrees to spend time at the park with them. On their way back, Sasha kisses Warren and she's thrilled she's finally crossed the barrier. Life at Nancy's flat is becoming more and more chaotic. Guilty for her liaison with Kris yesterday, Nancy overcompensates with Ravi and admits to Sarah that she's had another fling with Kris. Sarah fails to see the attraction and warns Nancy that she's playing with fire. While she's waiting for Ravi, Nancy finds herself drawn towards Kris and as they begin to flirt, Ravi's arrival throws the trio into disarray. Full of guilt and excitement, Nancy is furious for the way she feels about Kris and agrees to a night out with Sarah in the hope it will take her mind off the mess she's getting herself into. When Ravi hears about their proposed night out, his mind goes into overdrive and a lustful Kris sends him a text to invite him over. Unfortunately, however, he also sends the same text to Nancy. As panic sets in, Kris is in for a stressful time as he attempts to stop them both from turning up at the same time. As Nancy arrives at Kris' front door, Ravi receives a panicked text from Kris just in time to stop them colliding with each other - a close call, indeed! Elsewhere, Carmel's still upset after the debacle of yesterday and ponders on what could have been. A guilty Calvin decides to buy her a top of the range mobile out of his ill-gained money. He's soon back in Carmel's good books once more.

I must admit i'm liking Ste more and more
