Monday 2nd February
Steph tells Greg that they have to take things slowly. Meanwhile, her friendship with Libby continues to deteriorate and Libby is devastated when Steph returns her bridesmaid’s dress. Steph finds a welcome distraction to her emptiness when she pitches her idea of an all male fashion parade to raise money for breast cancer. But Veronica becomes even more threatened by Steph after her successful pitch, and after an unsuccessful plea to Greg to give their marriage another chance, freezes the marital bank accounts. Steph’s ‘go slow’ policy with Greg is thrown out the window when he arrives needing a place to stay.
Tuesday 3rd February
Steph struggles with her conscience and insists Greg sleep on the couch. Veronica won’t let Steph forget she’s the other woman and Steph decides not to go to the fundraiser until Greg persuades her to stand up for herself. Hand in hand, Steph and Greg have their first public outing as a couple, with humiliating consequences.
Wednesday 4th February
Libby steps in to defend Steph against Veronica’s vitriol but it isn’t enough to restore their friendship. Meanwhile, Steph notices that Greg is struggling to deal with the fallout from their relationship and wonders if he’s having second thoughts about leaving his wife. When Veronica asks him for another shot at their marriage, Steph selflessly encourages him to give it a chance. Her faith pays off when Greg reappears on her doorstep, determined to leave the past behind and build a future with Steph.
Thursday 5th February
Susan and Karl make the trek to a regional hospital to identify a seriously injured patient who could be Zeke. Karl remains convinced all that matters is that Zeke may be alive. The Kennedys find confronting the patient harder than they could imagine, but is it Zeke?
Friday 6th February
When Harold announces he has donated his house to the Salvos, he’s disappointed at everyone’s negative reaction. As the debate rages on, Harold doubts whether he’s done the right thing, while Lou is concerned about the timing, and worries about Harold’s health. Harold puts his trust in Toadie to tell him if he’s made the right choice. What will Toadie decide?
