5. TERRY begins an unsuitable relationship (I think it's with Lucy Perkins)
6. A family member that GABRIEL hates comes to Sun Hill (Prob his brother)
7. SCOTT BURNETT is revealed to be the murderer of his wife Karen Burnett
8. YVONNE causes a death in custody and is suspended and goes to trial
9. TODD CARTY films his final scenes in September
10. ADAM OKARO starts to behave suspiciously
11. JACK MEADOWS son Ben arrives at Sun Hill
12. DALE SMITH gets involved with crime victim Louise Lawson. She is reluctant to press charges. She is also the wife of a gangland criminal. Smithy falls head over heels in love with her.
13. There is a dramatic shooting of an officer (I think this is Gary Best)
14. There is a strike amongst the relief (poss tied in with Yvonnes storyline)
15. ROCHELLE BARRATT arrives. She is a drugs referral worker who is married to the Superintendent at Spicer Street. She also has an affair with PC DAN CASPER
16. GINA GOLD leaves Sun Hill. (Still not sure whether this is permanent or temporary)
17. JUNE ACKLAND suffers some horror

CIARAN GRIFFITHS (Gary Best) is rumoured to be leaving this year.
CYRIL NRI (Adam Okaro) is rumoured to be leaving this year.

I'd like to see June Ackland made Inspector. She has had the most years experience after all. Also, Inspectors are more station and desk bound than Sergeants and I don't want Smithy confined to quarters... he is best out and about on the streets or on custody or wherever. Let's just hope that Gabriels leaving and Smithy's new ill fated romance don't spell the end for Smithy.

Good point about June, yes she should be the one. I thought afterwards that Smithy would be at a desk most of the time, not good, we need him out and about, he's at his best when he's giving someone a hard time:) As for the possibility of the end for Smithy doesn't even bare thinking about..that would be the end of the Bill for me..

The only way David K*nt should leave Sun Hill is in a box.... and I would be happy if Smithy were the one to put him in it. Of course.. I don't want Smithy to do anything illegal which would cause him trouble.. but maybe if he had no choice and it was a him or me scenario he could batter him senseless in self defence then accidentally shoot him..... then mistakenly run over him with a tank... then... pulled along by a freak gust of wind he could be forced to push David off a 50 storey building.....then....oops.. getting carried away here JUST SO HAPPY
