Right this is the second part of the awards: Member of the year.
The 5 members who received the most votes from the awards go forward to this part of the awards.
So even if you didnt win an award but cos you were nominated soooo much in them you are put forward to this bit :D

I also wanted to let everyone know that it has been so close this year, loads of members had loads of votes and could have been up for this award, it really was close

All are worthy of the title member of the year IMO.

However, for me I knew straight away who I wanted to vote for....she's an active and valued member on here, has a view on most things (kind way of saying she is a chatterbox), is a pleasure to talk to in the shoutbox thingy, and I consider her a friend...:) Also she puts up with me constantly saying she is 12 years old :lol: TABBIE :cheer: Erm, otherwise known as Abbie :)

my vote goes to Abbie, even though all of you are brilliant! Abbie you really do add a lot to the boards, always posting, always on shoutbox, always there with your bubbly and chatty personality. If you weren't here the boards would be a much quieter and boring place to be!!!!

My vote goes to Perdy. She is very active on the boards - I love Statistics! She is always there with valued words of advice for those with a problem and is sensible and kind - the kind of auntie everyone needs!

Siobhan, oh my god, well its always us two in the lost general discussion threads and loved you this year as my friend claire in SBBB.

I voted for Abbie. It was really hard as all of them are truly wonderful, The boards would be a borning place without Abbie she is always happy and chatty even when PB pulls her leg about being 12, and not forgetting all the hard work she has put into the quizzes.

Ok well its just been over a week, sorry I was gonna post the result last night but I didnt come on for long and didnt get round to it.
Voting has closed, although sorry that the poll isnt a one that will close I wasnt sure on the date at the time then thought its easier to give it a week
