Some help please?

Okay so i just remembered a tv show i used to watch with my brother as a kid, there was a blonde girl named Natalie, quite a famous actress played her (well maybe not famous but she has been in alot of kids shows/films) but ive no idea of her name, all i can think of is this girl Natalie had possibly brothers and sisters and she spoke to the camera alot as if it was actually you she was talking to, and when i think about this programme the word "house" comes to mind

Anyone know what i am talking about? if so what was it called - all help useful thanks

Im affraid i don't really have much else i can say about it - the first thing that came into my head as a title was "mad house" or "house of fun" any advances?

Oooh yes to the shop part - i seem to remember any brothers/sisters she had were quite trouble makers (i dont really remember what siblings she had but i do remember some other kids being in it) - oh dear this is bugging me :rotfl:
