I never do any because I do what I want to do regardless of what time of the year it is. How about you? What do you want to achieve in 2009?

I've got a couple. Join a society or club at uni, go out more often and think about other people less and myself more.

I have 2.

Keep working in school and possibly harder, to get the grades I want/need to go to Uni.

My second is (and I know it sounds shallow) go back to Slimming World so I can look good or at eleast half decent on my 18th... I've tried for ages, but with Christmas and the sweets it's jsut not happening, so it's easier to do in the New Year lol.

Oh one more... stick to my New Years resolutions!..although these are really important to me so I am sticking to them.

To achieve anything equal to or above my predicted grades for my AS Levels; my GCSE's were slightly lower than was predicted in the end so hopefully I will make up for that with these.

To see my friend who lives 6 miles away more times than I have this year (2 is pretty pathetic lol and one of those was my birthday.)

Lose some weight (maybe now would be a good time to weigh myself because I have absolutely no idea how much I weigh now!)

I have quite a few!

1. To get good grades in my prelims and main exams and get accepted into Stevenson college to do higher history or what ever else i want to do which i don't know.

2. Make this year a year to remember. It contain's my 18th and a blank page for me to write on so i'm looking forward to 2009.

3. Not take things to seriously and to have a laugh more.

4. To stop biting my nails.

5. To tone down my obsession with certain actors/actresses (bree knows what i'm on about:p)

I probably won't stick by any of them through:p

Tannie you better come to Stevenson so I can meet up with you (I work there by the way)

I don't usually make resoultions but I would like to find a better paid job sadly I think I may have to leave the college, although I work with a great bunch it's only part-time work and I need to work full-time to live. I've applied for four jobs this year in college and didn't get any. It's a shame as the hours suit for family reasons but emotions don't pay the bills.

To go to the gym at least 3 times a week! And go for a run at least once a week!

Eat healthier! And be more positive about things!

Last years resolutions and I think I..:
1) Get fit & healthy - Failed
2) Loose some more weight - Ever so slightly passed
3) Get some cash in (get a part time job) - Failed
4) Study harder for GCSE's and get good results - on borderline

----------------------------------------------------------------
1) Eat even more healthier
2) Cut down on the chocolate again
3) Get a grip and study harder for A Levels
4) Get a Saturday job or something

Man, it feels the same every year! :p

Think I'm gonna cut down to start.

According to the nhs stop smoking adverts you'll have a better chance if you use nicotine patches and the like. Good luck either way! :D

I have no resolutions...I will only break them. :p

Aww come on lea you can do it :D

I have loads of people in my family that have quit, well some HAD to quit
I mean Ive never smoked, never even tried so I cant really talk from experience, but I think the sound of cutting down first will help and make totally quitting easier?

Me and my friends made a few that we WILL be keeping:
- Take abbie to chester Zoo
- Take abbie to a safari park
- Take my friends to sunderland at easter
- go out part aka parties!!
- have girlie nights out

Then for me personally:
-loose a little weight, even if its just a few so I can get healthy and fit
- do well in Alevels
- go to uni and settle in well
- gernerally have a good year

i never really make new years resolutions as i never seem to stick to them lol! this year though im gonna make some and im gonna actually try and stick to them!

- do all the reading for my seminars (even if its really boring and long!)
- start essays earlier than a few days before/the night before the deadline
- get up earlier so that i dont have to rush to get to uni on time
- keep my room tidy

im not even gonna bother pretending im gonna go to the gym cos ill never keep that one! and ive already sort of broken one already as i have an essay due in just over a week which i havent started yet!
