Girls Aloud 'sign three-album deal'

Girls aloud have reportedly signed a three-album deal, quashing rumours of discord in the band.

The details of the Polydor agreement were worked out at the Metropolitan Hotel in Mayfair last week, according to The Mirror.

The group, who are confirmed to support Coldplay at Wembley next year, apparently told Nadine Coyle to either commit or quit after she distanced herself from their work.

X Factor judge Cheryl Cole has further rubbished rumours of disharmony by asking her four bandmates for Christmas lunch.

it's impressive that they've managed to go the distance - especially seen as they were a manufactured pop band. I never thought they'd last this long. But good on them!
