Flu vaccination

I have had my first flu jab today but a friend told me afterwards that she had the worst case of flu after having hers a few years ago and now does not bother anymore. Anybody else have any experience, good or bad?

My mum usually gets ill after her flu jab, mild flu symptoms I think.

I was talking to a friend a few weeks ago and he said he was really ill with flu when he had the jab.

I guess it depends on what your immune system is like.

Not what I wanted to hear, I am off to Spain in 6 days and don't want flu systems when I am travelling and organising the holiday apartment. :(

Starting to feel pretty lousy already, hope it does not develop into a full-blown lergy :(

It's common to get some mild flu-like symptoms lasting a few days. It will however go away. Make sure you give yourself plenty of TLC and don't overdo it, you should be ok.

It has all got so much better after my BodyTalk treatment. And I did not really do a lot over the weekend, so I feel fine but thank you for the advice. :)
