One said: “Kerry doesn’t know how on earth she is going to pay the bills. Two years ago she was raking in £2 million a year—but now she is barely earning a penny.


“If she doesn’t make the mortgage payments she will lose the house, it’s as simple as that. At the moment she’s keeping afloat and even continuing to pay Mark wages for looking after her finances and being her chauffeur.

“But instead of keeping it safe for their future he is just blowing it. He is like a kid, why would you buy yourself a Mini when your wife is in financial meltdown?


“She has already been declared bankrupt and now they could lose the roof from over their heads.”


Mum-of-four Kerry, 28, is set to lose her £250,000 Iceland ad deal following complaints from shoppers who saw her stumble through a TV chat on This Morning.


At first she denied drugs or booze were to blame—but later admitted she was battling an alcohol problem after we revealed she’d been on a binge the night before.


She has already lost a lucrative magazine column—and her £160,000 deal to film alongside Mark in fly-on-the-wall show Crazy In Love has also been shelved.


Worse still, ex-hubby Brian is fighting for custody of their daughters Molly, seven, and Lilly Sue, five, which would axe Kerry’s hefty maintenance payments. The star’s woes have been worsened by the credit crunch.


Just 16 months ago she could have sold her home and afforded to buy a more modest house outright. But now she is facing negative equity — where a property is worth less than what’s owed on it.

Kerry, declared bankrupt in August over an unpaid tax bill, bought the five-bedroom house at Wilmslow, Cheshire, in her name two years ago for £1,225,000.

Experts reckon within a year its sale price could dive so far it would leave her owing £5,000 just to pay off the mortgage.

Despite the crisis, 38-year-old Mark still seems intent on spending. Our source said: “It seems stupid to be splashing out on luxuries when your wife is in utter chaos.


“She has barely any savings left and once they’re gone she won’t be able to pay the mortgage.


“She has stripped off for a mag just to make some cash. But she can only do that a couple of times and the money won’t be enough to stop her from sinking.”


MARK CROFT was driving around in an elderly Vauxhall Vectra minicab worth £1,000 when he met Kerry.


But in the next two and a half years the couple splashed out £1.3MILLION on supercars and racy bikes. Many were soon off-loaded at hefty losses but so far Mark has had:

Two Range Rovers worth £100,000, two sporty BMWs (£80,000), a £30,000 Audi R8, two Ducati bikes at £11,000 each, four Porsche 911s (£330,000).


Two Mercs (£125,000), two Aston Martins (£220,00), a Lamborghini Gallardo (£135,000), a Ferrari 430 (£150,000), a £70,000 Porsche Cayenne and a £25,000 Chrysler Voyager to ferry the kids—later replaced by an £18,000 Kia Sedona. And now he’s got a £20,000 Mini rally car.

Kerry Katona is trying to get pregnant again, rumours suggest.

The People claims that Katona believes having a baby will help her to get clean after she was recently filmed allegedly taking cocaine.

She reportedly told a friend: "Me and Mark are trying for another baby. I want to give up on all the drink and the drugs."

Katona was also photographed in a branch of Mothercare looking at baby clothes and patting her stomach.

"She thinks it's a great idea," a source explained. "She loves being pregnant and fussed over. And although she isn't really a hands-on mum, she loves babies. She has plenty of people round her to help and thinks it will be lovely to have another little one.

Kerry Katona has travelled to Kent in order to lose weight at a fitness camp.

Earlier today, the reality star was pictured braving snowy conditions as she joined her trainer for a cross-country walk after spending her first night away from home.

According to a report in the Daily Star, Katona hopes to shed three stone during a two-week stay at the camp.

A source told the newspaper: "She's tried to keep a low profile over the last few months in the hope that people will forget about her indiscretions over the last year.

"She wants that to stop and to be seen as the attractive girl-next-door she was once famous as. Her advisers have told her to clean up her image and by going to fat camp and getting fit, it will give her the boost she needs."

Katona, who first announced her weight loss plans last month, lost her lucrative Iceland contract in August after being filmed snorting cocaine.

"Sue has been worried sick about Kerry and told her she was being stupid staying there. She told her there was no need for her to be starving and flogging herself, because she doesn't need to lose weight."

KERRY Katona's dumped husband Mark Croft today spills his venom over her romance with a Royal Marine she met at a fitness camp.

In an astonishing interview with the News of the World, the ex-taxi driver portrays himself as the blameless VICTIM in their squalid on-off marriage.

Layabout Croft - who romped with lapdancers behind Kerry's back in Majorca only last year blasts the former Iceland TV ads star for falling for "Popeye" - his nickname for muscular fitness instructor Kevin Green.

And he mocks her efforts to lose weight and clean up her image, saying "the old Kez" would never have dumped him.

Mark Croft Part 1 - Why I'm telling my story

Scrounger Croft, 38, also reveals how he:

* CASHED in on her fame by tipping off the paparazzi about her whereabouts - even directing them to her emotional meeting with her long-lost family.

* SNATCHED her engagement and wedding rings back as soon as he suspected it was over.

* MADE her swear on her children's lives that she wasn't cheating - despite claiming to be a caring dad.

* CONFESSED to goading the bi-polar sufferer into blazing rows.
Croft - who says he still loves Kerry but admits he's had a "few dates" with another woman since the split three weeks ago - stormed: "There is no going back.

"I believe that she is now used goods. Divorce is inevitable.

"She went to boot camp as my Kez and came back two weeks later a completely different person. Suddenly it was all herbal teas and getting up at 5am to jog.

"The old Kez wouldn't have lied or betrayed her kids. It's as though she has been brainwashed."

One minute Croft was keen to tell all about his wild sex with Kerry and how they still do it "every other night" - the next he snapped: "I would like to wring her neck. I *******ing hate her."

Croft moved out of the family home in Wilmslow, Cheshire, after discovering his wife's relationship with dad-of-three Kevin, 31.

Kerry, 29, fell for him at the GI Jane boot camp in Kent in January on a two-week fitness regime to lose a stone and get her weight down to 8st 7lbs.

The fallen reality TV star had sold the story of her attempted comeback to a magazine and hoped the deal would revive her fortunes after her cocaine habit led to her losing her £130,000 a year Iceland contract.

Croft - whose wild spending on cars, luxury holidays and shopping blew much of Kerry's fortune - encouraged her to go.

"I was pleased for her - she hadn't had work," said the jobless cabbie.

After five days at the camp, Croft claims she begged him to visit her with their youngest child Max, one. "We only had three hours together but we made love and she was crying when I left," said Croft.

"She'd already lost 4lbs and I told her not to go too skinny."

Kerry asked him to return the following Friday for her passing out parade - but he said: "Suddenly she stopped answering my calls claiming she was working out or in bed, tired."

Kerry told him not to return to boot camp but to meet her in London the following day.

Croft snarled: "I later found out why. Her muscleman was at the camp. In London I asked if I'd done something wrong. She turned her back on me. It was like a different Kez."

They stayed at a hotel with Kerry's daughters Molly, nine, Lilly, eight, and her kids with Croft Heidi, three, and Max.

"I tried to cuddle her but there was no love there," said Croft. "On our way home next day we stopped for tea. We all had Burger King but Kez wouldn't eat wheat so she had chicken popcorn from KFC. That's all part of her new diet.

The next day I got a text from her saying, 'Mark we need to talk. I am not happy'."

Croft returned home to confront her. It was Lilly's birthday party so the pair left the children playing and went to the bedroom.

"She told me 'Mark I don't love you any more. It isn't working'," said Croft.

"I said, 'Fair enough, there's nothing I can do about it'. I didn't think it was another man.

"But I had to ask her. I said, 'Swear on the kids' lives you haven't met somebody else'. She said, 'I can't do that'.

"My stomach sank. She said it was a fitness expert called Kevin. I felt sick. She said, 'I swear on the kids' lives that nothing more has happened than a couple of kisses'. "I believed her because she swore on the kids' lives.

"She said I should sleep on the top floor in the nanny's room while we got money together for a deposit for me for a new place. I thought maybe we could work things out."

But, just in case, caring Croft went for the valuables. "I took her engagement and wedding rings off her. I hoped she was on a bipolar downer and it would be OK. We even continued to have sex."

Two weeks later, when the News of the World revealed Kerry had secretly met up with Kevin, she denied it. Kevin's wife Sarah, 29, was so devastated she left her husband.

"Kerry said it was rubbish and I believed her," said Croft.

But on February 26 he got a call from a pal claiming Kerry had lied. "Kerry told me she was at an interview in London about the fat camp when really she had been with him," said Croft.

"He had paid for her to fly to Portsmouth where he lives. She did the boot camp interview over the phone so she could go and meet him in Wales - conniving ********r. Another time she said she'd been out with a friend in Warrington so she'd stayed at her mum's - but she'd really met him in Wales.

"She left her Hummer outside her mum's to cover her tracks because one of my mates had seen it parked there. How premeditated is that?"

Croft had a screaming match down the phone with her. "I really lost it. I shouted at her until she cried," he said. "She had lied to me and made me look a d**khead. She deserved it."

Shaking his head, he added: "Imagine if something happens to one of the kids now . . . I don't know if she is in love with him but she has lost me."

Croft packed his bags and moved to a friend's house. "I told the kids I was leaving because we weren't getting on," he said. "I had a lump in my throat. Molly cried and said, 'Please don't leave, we can speak to Mummy and make this better'.

"I would like custody but I think kids should be with their mum. I'll miss her loads but I don't want her back." He'll also miss the money- grabbing opportunities of being married to a star.

Croft blatantly admitted taking money for informing the paparazzi about Kerry's whereabouts despite her begging him not to - even though she kept him in luxury with a stable of expensive supercars and glamorous holidays.

He said: "When I did earn money by tipping off people she went mad.

"I would tell photographers where she was going and get paid for it.

"Kerry went mental when she found out - but it didn't stop me, I don't feel guilty.

"She said, "Don't f**king do this to me. It makes me look stupid'. I told her we get stuff out of it."

Even when Kerry was introduced to her stepbrothers Ian and Paul and stepsister Lindsay for the first time, all Croft could see was a nice little earner. He knew the former Atomic Kitten singer was nervous about her meeting with the children of her deceased father, Ron Armstrong, in a local pub. But that didn't stop him.

"I tipped off the photographer. When we arrived she looked at the car and blew her top at me," he said.

"It IS a bit sh*tty but it was worth a few hundred quid. If I hadn't done it somebody else would have done it, that's the way I see it."

His other favourite way of winding his wife up is to compare her to her mother Sue. I told her that her mum was a '*******ing pain' who I wanted nothing to do with. And knowing exactly what buttons to press to aggravate Kez I told her she would end up just like her mum one day," he said.

"She punched me in the face. I tormented her. I said, 'Your mother can get ********ed.'

"I could push it to the limit, I know how to wind her up to the point she would start screaming at me. And if I wanted to really get at her I would tell her she was just like her mother."

He admitted his goading was verging on cruelty because of Kerry's vulnerability. "She has grade two bipolar," he said. "Kerry is very fragile but acts like she is a big hard rock. She would cry a lot about what people said about her.

"I shouldn't have pushed her sometimes the way I did because all she has ever wanted is to be loved. I would love to say she is taking loads of coke every week but it is the bipolar that sends her up and down, not drugs."

Croft claimed their sex life was "fantastic" right up to the split. "She is a minx in the bedroom. We made love at least every other night - even after four years," he said.

"We even had a bit of nookie at the MTV Awards. Let's just say we did it in a locked place.

"Kez has a very high sex drive. We were at it all the time. Which makes me think, why does she think the grass is greener with him?"

Kerry has told him the only thing she wants in life is her career back. Croft said: "I don't know if that is true or she wants to be with Popeye really. If they want to be together I say, 'Fill your boots'."

Now Croft is dating pal Sharon Thorpe, 30. "It is nothing serious and has only been since I found out about Popeye," he claimed. "She is being a good friend to me."

He and Kerry briefly split briefly last year after he cavorted with lap dancers in Magaluf, Spain. "I did let it go too far but I was bladdered," Croft said. "Kerry said I was cheating but I wasn't.

"I am having to laugh about all this or I might do myself in."

Meanwhile Kerry yesterday returned to the boot camp where she fell for Kevin, who works there part-time.

Last night a close pal told us: "She says she is so focused on getting her career back on track she needs to stay slim.

"That's why she said she was returning to boot camp - but I think she's hoping to see the Marine.

"Whenever he texted her she was thrilled. She obviously thinks he is amazing."

The star insists there is NO chance of a reconciliation and she wants their four-year marriage to end.

Kerry told a friend: "I'm fed up of it. I don't love Mark any more and I want him out of my life." Pals say Croft has repeatedly tried to make peace with Kerry since the split last week. But she's refused to answer his calls or texts and is furious over his new "friend" Sharon Thorpe, 30.

Croft met the barmaid on a night out with pals. Since the split, he's said to have spent evenings at her home in Leigh, Lancashire, and also met up with the mother-of-two at a hotel.

Channel 4's Kerry Katona documentary generated 64 viewer complaints following its broadcast last month.

Kerry and Me received more complaints than any other programme on the network shown in June, reports The Sun.

One viewer said that they felt "let-down" by the station for airing the controversial two and a quarter hour documentary, which was seen by 1.66m.

"I feel highly let down by C4 for airing such a disgusting image of a so-called celeb that is displayed in multiple media forms as an idol for women," they said.

Katona later apologised for her behaviour after she was seen swearing and threatening her children.

A surprise 30th birthday party also sees Katona perform a song with the Drifters.

Prior to this, one-off documentary Kerry Katona - Coming Clean will be broadcast on December 5. It will follow Katona as she tries to turn her life around after being declared bankrupt and leaving her husband Mark Croft.

..Kerry Katona has been dealt a blow after her ITV show was axed on Tuesday.

The singer was hoping to film another series of her fly-on-the-wall series Kerry Katona: The Next Chapter following her stint in the Celebrity Big Brother house.

But despite the last series pulling in 600,000 viewers, executives have pulled the plug following a reported dispute over contracts.

An ITV spokesperson says, "We have enjoyed working with Kerry on two successful series of The Next Chapter, but we do not have any further episodes planned."

Her spokesman Max Clifford adds, "It is a shame as Kerry wants to be on TV, and after her success on Big Brother people obviously want to see her.

"But with the ITV deal she was caught up in something that was beyond her control."
