I love to see the old line up back of Louis, Simon and Sharon they had a great dynamitic and maybe each week have a guest judge start with the James Corden

Cheryl and Dannii are terrible judges :thumbsdow

James Corden is an actor, not a singer or music producer, so he would be unsuitable in the role of judge.

Simon and Sharon definately. I can't stand Louis though.

No-one, get rid of the show altogether, it's boring and very much over-rated now! Along with the over payed judges.

i'm sure they'll have a Madonna week one year, that would be immense.

if any of them morons from Take That join the judging panel I for one would be switching off!

Simon Cowell has revealed that he may quit his role as a judge on The X Factor.

The music mogul said he is considering giving up his position on the panel and moving behind the cameras.

"I’m definitely not retiring," he told Live magazine. "But I am going to make a couple of changes.

"The contracts are all up at the end of next year and what I may well do is stop actually being on TV. Give up the panel."

Cowell, who turns 50 next year, admitted that his hectic schedule is taking its toll.

"The thing that gets me is the schedule. Every day of my week is filled for the next year," he said.

"[Fame] takes a lot and it’s something I never wanted. I’m a music business person."

Tbh I don't know if I will watch if Simon goes. He's the only one who speaks the truth.

It'd never be the same again if he left

i can't imagine the show without him. he might be an **** at times but he tells it like he is and i have enormous respect for him, to be honest he's probably my favourite judge, becuase he doesnt go for the dramatics or the diva antics he just cuts right to it. the x factor is simon cowell, it wouldn't be the same without him.

I wouldn't watch if he left. Tbh, I think even the contestants who go on there to audition value only his opinion, simply because he tells it as it is.

Should get Elton John on the panel! Haha

Or more realistically, as someone has said in another thread, Will Young. He'd be good.
Or jsut get Sharon back :)

Sharon has to come back. If Simon was to leave it would be the end of the X factor as it wouldn't be the same with Simon. I'm not too fussed about Louis although him and Sharon are great together always laughing. It would have to be someone in the music business to replace Louis. If not Gary Barlow, George Michael or even Boy George he would be a fab judge. Ditch Dannii and bring in Kylie so we have four judges with four acts each.
