i think there right the millers are boring... but i like the kids better that the parents... and poor Gus if they'd give him some good stroylines i think he'd be good... thank god Dot and Jim are staying... they're so great... yes get rid of Pauline... she's boring...

I like the millers they should leave them alone they have really grown on me :cheer:

we used to have a brilliant cliffhanger every epsiode, a few months ago now i remember seeing "i've sold the TV, dum dum dum etc" how boring!!!
what have they contributed to the soap apart from gob, street drawls and benefit freud?
instead of burnign johhny allen's house, y Leo's Dad burn down the millers house once he finds out about Leo still seeing Demi?
leo and demi could survive (this site is filled with eastender's romantics) live in a flat with leo's mom, and leo's dad beats them all up.
now that would make good viewing

I like the Millers! I hope they aren't axed. Pauline as well, for that matter.
I don't think this means they are going.
The Millers' are great. Last week when they returned to the flats we found out a bit about Keith's past and then there's the ongoing saga between Demi and Leo. Keith's reading disability is a good storyline because it shows the ups and downs, how the kids react, I love the way Darren is helping his dad. Anyway if the characters' storylines are boring this is not the fault of the Actors and Actresses but of the writers and producers, they are the ones who provide the scripts and stories.
Some of the articel is old news, ages ago it was announced that Gus was for the chop he promptly disappeared from our screens then re-appeared for Juley's exit, then bobbed up again recently. Nothing has been done with his character at all. Derek again we knew that this was going to happen, also the rumour about Wendy Richards is old news and I can't see this happening because she is part of the furniture and fixings.
One other point if by the comment "Gangsters recently introduced.." it was referring or any implication was being made towards Jake Maskall(Danny) and Joel Beckett (Jake) it would be incorrect as they are not gangsters nor ever were. Yes they worked/work for a "gangster" but the boys themselves are just "Bad Boys" who do and have done naughty things from time to time. Johnny Allen is a good type of gangster as he is of the old fashioned type - a gentleman. The tabloids drive me mad at times with all their rumour mongering. Still looking at it on the lighter side it does provide us with good discussion material!

Actually i'm sure that Pauline would of been/was a good Charater, its just the storylines, there was such a run up to the whole rebecca storyline, it was just a waste of time, nothing happened and it dragged on too long!!!
the millers well at first i didn't like them, but they seem to have grown on me, i would prefer Keith to go if anything, but i quite them, like all togther!
Gus,now if he was just given a decent soryline, then he'd bee fine but it seems that EE have forgotten about him (and he ain't the only one!!!)
Johnny, well i quite like him, urmmmmmm, actually i don't really know, i agree he ain't all he was cracked up to be (just like Tina), nothing against Billy Murray, he is fab, i think its the character, and if i had the choice between getting rid of johnny allen and keeping Danny well lets just say Danny wouldn't be leaving!
I kind of like the way that johnny has to be in control of everything, the way he was trying to help Chrssie out with the Vic, the way he helped out Derek when he got mugged, and dot with the alarm, but then again that is also quite annoying!
Derek, please just get rid of himn now! sorry just not a fan of his! Boring!

Me too, its like i said earlier when ever Pauline some on the screen its just makes you want to turn the tv channel over because she just makes you sort of roll your eyes and think 'here we go....'

I really liked micky before they brought the others in! thye could have done much better things with him! rather than putting him and thingy ferreia together, that was boring! they should give micky the storylines he deserves and get rid of the other borin characters from his family and keep him!

I never knew Johnny was unpopular???!!! I really like him-I think he could be good for the square and I want to see something happen with him and Pat-cos we know they have history. And, I don't like the Millers much but I dont particularly want to see them axed cos they are good viewing-especially Mickey-he's always good viewing!!! hehe. If they were to go I'd like to see Mickey, Demi and Alesha stay.
And as for Pauline-she's a moany old bag-but if they could give her a storyline where she was happy for a change then maybe I'd like her more-maybe where she falsl in love again and is happy. Maybe Dot could set her up wiv Mr Rawlins!

I think a lot of Johnnys unpopularity is due to the fact there has been an overdose of gangsterism on the square. Most people are sick of it.

She is part of EEs history, I mean she has been in since it started. Eastenders wouldnt be the same without her nosey, interfearing ways! :thumbsup:

The Millers are ok, their storylines are realistic and i think they are very funny. The only people i wanted to see go are the Fowlers all of them Pauline, Martin and Sonia and they can take Ian with them. What age is Sonia suppose to be because she acts like someone Pauline's age. Sonia can stay if she starts to get a life for herself by leaving Martin and acting her age.

they were only put it in it cus some exec producer decided that they wnated families, i disagree families rnt what enders
2001 time we had Mel, Steve, Phil, Lisa, Mark, not really families, that was what the action was centered around and it was brilliant"!!!
but then again when you keep a secret from the family and when its comes out (ala xmas 2004) that is also very good
