Soap star Lucy Pargeter said she had slimming surgery to rid herself of any post-baby flab.

The Emmerdale star, who plays Chastity Dingle in the ITV1 soap, told This Morning host Eamon Holmes that she had the Laser slim surgery because she felt miserable with her body after giving birth to daughter Lola.

Pretty Lucy, who is engaged to footy coach Rudi Coleano, also said she hates looking at un-airbrushed snaps of herself but always feels the need to tell people so they know that they know that it's a false image.

Lucy said: "I had Laser slim surgery to get rid of my post-baby weight.

"I felt under pressure to look slim. I might be portraying the wrong thing here - and I wish I could fight against the pressure - but I felt strongly about having it done."

What business is it of ours if she has surgery? I can't understand why people get up in arms over celebs having secret surgery. Its their personal life, I wouldn't go around telling the world if I had surgery.
