Boyzone to make a movie about themselves

Ronan Keating and co have started work on Boyzone: The Movie.

Stephen Gately told me they’ve drafted in Irish novelist Cecilia Ahern who wrote last year’s PS I Love You blockbuster starring Hilary Swank.

At his Breast Cancer Care Ball on Friday night Ronan also said he’s briefed Cecilia to make the “pure Irish” film “funnier than Father Ted”. My bet’s on Keith Duffy being most like Father Jack.

and as for Cecilia Ahern.. my niece went to see her new play Mrs Whippy and she said it was really really bad... and she likes her too
