24 is the next series to be fast-tracked by Sky1, I can confirm.

Well technically, 24 has been "fast-tracked" for a long time now: typically the show would air here within a week or two of US broadcast.

But when Jack returns for his seventh outing in January, the tracking will get even faster. I hear that 24 is being moved from its traditional Sunday night home next to Lost, to Tuesday nights, alongside Prison Break.

The move means that UK viewers are likely to see new episodes less than 24 hours after their transatlantic cousins do.

At present there are no plans to move Lost from Sundays.

Leave it where it is on a Sunday. It will clash with CSI if it get's moved.
