Widow killed by dead husband's coffin

A widow in Brazil has been killed after her dead husband's coffin hit her in the back of the head in a car accident.

67-year-old Marciana Silva Barcelos and her family were travelling to the funeral of Josi Silveira Coimbra in a hearse when a car crashed into them from behind. The impact caused the coffin to smash into Barcelos, killing her instantly.

The hearse driver and Barcelo's son suffered minor injuries in the collision.

Coimbra, 76, died last week after suffering a heart attack while dancing at a party.
