Desperate Housewives star Jesse Metcalfe is heading into the Australian jungle - he's reportedly in talks to star in reality show I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here
The actor, 29, is said to be in negotiations with network bosses over a GBP100,000 deal that would see him take part in the TV programme when it begins next month.
A source tells the News of the World, "Jesse's been seen around London the last few days and he's made no secret of the fact that I'm a Celeb want him in the show.
"He was keen to join. He wouldn't have wasted his time flying over from the States otherwise."
The TV competition sees a group of stars live in the jungle for several weeks with basic necessities, earning their food and little luxuries in a series of challenging tasks.
Previous celebrities on the programme include former model Janice Dickinson, illusionist Uri Geller, and pop star Peter Andre.

Cash-strapped ex-boxer Chris Eubank has signed up for I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!
The former world middleweight champion believes a lucrative deal to appear on the ITV show will ease his financial troubles, a source claimed.
He was declared bankrupt in November 2005 owing £1.3million in taxes.
A source said: "Chris is set to do the show - it's in the early stages but he is really keen.
"He thinks it could be the answer to his financial troubles."
Eubank, 42, from Brighton, earned more than £10million as a boxer in the early 1990s but has struggled financially since quitting the ring in 1998.
The new series of the show is expected to start next month.
But a spokeswoman for ITV said: "We don't confirm names either way at this stage."
TELEVISION crusader Esther Rantzen has signed up for I’m A Celebrity . . . Get Me Out Of Here, TV Biz can reveal.
The ex-That’s Life presenter, 68, will face giant, stinging bull-ants and other nasties in the Aussie jungle from next month to raise money for her charity ChildLine.
Last night, an insider at the ITV1 hit said: “We always love to have a glamorous older lady.
“We’ve had Jan Leeming, Janice Dickinson, Jennie Bond and Christine Hamilton — all of whom turned out to be the stars of the show, not least because they never showed fear. They were plucky and spirited and didn’t mind throwing themselves out of planes and getting to grips with creepy crawlies.”
Esther spoke recently about wanting to get the most out of life. She said: “At 20 we thought we would live forever.
“Now, as some of those closest to us are taken from us, we become very aware of our own mortality. Time is precious, and not to be wasted.”
The mum-of-three was last seen on TV on BBC1’s Who Do You Think You Are? discovering she was related to 19th Century diamond king Barney Barnato.

Jungle bosses might have to retitle their show Am I A Celebrity?
They have made two bizarre signings this year, we can reveal.
The first is former BBC controller Alan Yentob. And the other is Candace Bushnell, whose book inspired the Sex And The City series.
Fans will struggle to recognise them and some will think calling them “celebrities” is stretching the point.
Yentob, 61, was a major force at the Beeb in the 1980s looking after music and arts and working on highbrow shows like Arena and Omnibus.
He was later promoted to the roles of BBC1 controller, director of programmes and creative director, introducing shows such as Have I Got News For You and Absolutely Fabulous.
But he was caught up in a TV fakery scandal dubbed “Noddygate” while hosting a show called Imagine.
Viewers were led to believe he interviewed the artists on the programme. But he was not there and filmed “cutaways” showing him nodding at the camera. He is currently hosting The Story Of The Guitar on BBC1 on Sunday nights.
Candace, 50, is the US author who penned a newspaper column called Sex And The City.
It was turned into the hugely successful Sex And The City series. Fans believe the Carrie Bradshaw character – played by Sarah Jessica Parker, 43 – is based on Candace herself.
She has since written another book, Lipstick Jungle, which has also been made into a series.
I’m A Celebrity – hosted by Ant, 32, and Dec, 33 above left – returns on ITV next month.

Ex- Blue Peter star Peter Duncan will appear in the next series of the reality hit.
The former kiddies presenter, 53, should be a dab hand at surviving in the Aussie outback.
He’s a real-life Chief Scout and is used to making things out of rubbish from his days on Blue Peter.
And Duncan shouldn’t have any problems with Bushtucker Trials either.
He had his own TV series called Duncan Dares in the 1980s where he tried wacky and dangerous stunts.
I’m A Celebrity – hosted by Ant McPartlin, 32, and Declan Donnelly, 33 – is due to return to ITV1 in November.
The Queen will mark Blue Peter’s 50th Birthday with a special tea party at Buckingham Palace next month for current presenters and four viewers.

Ex-Blue singer Simon Webbe is the latest star to be linked to this year's I'm A Celebrity....
According to The Sun, the former boyband member is currently negotiating a fee with the reality show's bosses.
"He is massively excited about the show as he's been out of the spotlight for a while," said an insider.
"Producers want him because he's a good talker and not afraid to say what's on his mind. He's also a former model so he'll be a bit of eye candy for the ladies."
Webbe is currently dating Layla Manoochechri from rejected X Factor finalists Girlband.
Other celebrities linked to the show include Esther Rantzen, Chris Eubank, former Blue Peter host Peter Duncan, Donny Osmond, Sex And The City author Candace Bushnell and model Abby Clancy.

Jesse Metcalfe has denied rumours that he is to appear on I'm A Celebrity.
The former Desperate Housewives star is quoted by WENN as saying: "I'm against reality shows. I find them very exploitative. I don't think they're that cool."
However, Metcalfe refused to entirely rule out the possibility of appearing on reality TV "in the later stages of my career, if ever I needed some money".
Esther Rantzen is the latest celeb to be linked with the ITV show.

TV hardman and comic Ricky Grover plans to have a right old giggle in the jungle after signing for I’m A Celebrity.
But the outrageous funnyman might have the TV censors racing for the mute button with his jokes.
In the past former boxer Grover, 47, has pulled no punches with his style of comedy.
His hard-hitting gags include:
"We never had paedophiles when I was a kid. We had to buy our own sweets."
"Never have sex with a midget with learning difficulties. It ain’t big and it ain’t clever!"
"I hear Rik Waller’s got Alzheimer’s. Apparently he’s got bulimia as well but he keeps forgetting to be sick.
EastEnder Ricky – who used to be a hairdresser and also appeared in Red Dwarf – will be heading to the Aussie jungle when I’m A Celebrity starts next month.
Show hosts Ant, 32, and Dec, 33, claim they are mounting a campaign to get nightclub boss Peter Stringfellow, 68, into this year’s show.
Andrew Sachs's granddaughter Georgina Baillie is rumoured to be in the lineup for this year's I'm A Celeb....
According to the Daily Express, the Satanic Sluts performer may enter the jungle at the end of the first week.
"We try to be as topical as possible and feature high-profile people who are in the news," said a show source.
"This year Georgina is on our hot-list. Andrew Sachs's name was mentioned too, but it's thought Georgina would be a great signing.
"She would probably go in as a surprise addition to the camp towards the end of the first week. She's the most searched-for celebrity online right now. She would be a big hit on the show."
Esther Rantzen, Simon Webbe, Chris Eubank, Peter Duncan and Abby Clancy have also been linked to the reality show.
That girl is milking it too far now! She wont be happy until she dragged herself into the gutter and brought total shame to her grandfather!
That girl is milking it too far now!
You can say that again!
Joe Swash has signed up for the forthcoming series of I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!
The former EastEnders actor, who played Mickey Miller in the BBC soap, will head to Australia this week ready for the programme's launch on Sunday.
"For years he was at the centre of the London party scene and TV bosses are hoping he'll spill the beans on some of his famous conquests," said an ITV source.
The show will be Swash's first television job since he was axed from EastEnders in February.

GAY top cop Brian Paddick has signed up for the jungle — alongside Wimbledon ace Martina Navratilova, TV Biz can reveal.
The Met’s ex-deputy commissioner, 50, will be munching on bugs just months after losing his bid to become London Mayor.
The police chief, who retired last year, is best known for telling his officers not to bother nicking people found with cannabis.
Meanwhile, lesbian tennis ace Martina, 52, will fly to Australia from her home in Florida to join I’m A Celebrity, which starts on ITV1 on Sunday.
She has been called the greatest tennis player who ever lived, and won Wimbledon a record NINE times.
Ex-EastEnder Joe Swash, 26 — who played soap hearthrob Mickey Miller — flew out from Heathrow Airport yesterday to join the camp in Murwillumbah, New South Wales — just as TV Biz revealed weeks ago.
Other names headed Down Under are MP-turned-presenter Robert Kilroy-Silk, 66, Blue singer Simon Webbe, 29, telly favourite Esther Rantzen, 68, and former TV presenter Dani Behr, 37.
They will be among ten celebs in the camp — with ITV chiefs announcing the full line-up today.
From The Sun

I'm not really too keen on the line up.. will probably watch the first episode though and see what it's like, but I can't see myself tuning in each night as it's starting to lose its appeal, for me.
Aww I like the line up this year
STAR Trek’s George Takei has signed up for his strangest mission yet — joining the cast of I’m A Celebrity . . . Get Me Out Of Here!
The gay star, 71, is famed for exploring space as Mr Sulu in the classic sci-fi series.
But he’s unlikely to have encountered anything like the bizarre world awaiting him in the Australian jungle, where he will face snakes, spiders AND perma-tanned politician Robert Kilroy-Silk.
George, the ITV show’s oldest-ever contestant, insists he will cope when the series starts this Sunday.
He said: “I’m physically fit. I used to run marathons, now I work out every day.”
And the actor claimed he was ready for any gut-wrenching Bushtucker trials.
He said: “I’m Japanese and love sushi. I’ve even eaten live fish. It was delicious.”
George, who recently wed partner Brad Altman, is one of three gays on the show’s eighth series.
As The Sun revealed, ex Met deputy Brian Paddick is in the line-up, along with former tennis champ Martina Navratilova.
The remaining contestants are Carly Zucker — fiancee of soccer’s Joe Cole — ex-EastEnder Joe Swash, former Blue singer Simon Webbe, TV host Dani Behr, Esther Rantzen, and glamour girl Nicola McLean.
I’m A Celebrity kicks off on ITV1 on Sunday at 9pm.
OMG as if Mr Sulu is in I'm A Celebrity! That's amazing! :D

Contestants on I'm A Celebrity... are apparently fuming over their pay packets for appearing on the reality show.
Nicole McLean, 24, was angered when she realised her £7,500 wage was considerably less than Dani Behr's £40,000 deal, the Daily Mail says.
WAG Carly Zucker, who will get paid £10,000, reportedly backed up the former glamour model and threatened to quit until producers pointed out that the exposure could lead to magazine deals.
Martina Navratilova, 52, has apparently secured £30,000, while 68-year-old Esther Rantzen is said to be pocketing £25,000. An insider said: "Producers are holding out hope that Martina will be one of the most controversial and vocal figures on the show."
George Takei, 71, who played Mr. Sulu in the original Star Trek series, is on £20,000. He complained that the show was a "complete shambles" after no-one met him at Brisbane airport and he was left "wandering the airport for 30 minutes" alone.
I'm A Celebrity... starts on Sunday on ITV at 9pm.
Only eight contestants this year? There's usually more than that.
Don't they always fly in others all the time? I don't watch it.
I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here! star Joe Swash has expressed fears that his teammate Martina Navratilova could become a rival in the jungle.
The former EastEnders actor admitted that he was apprehensive about spending time with Navratilova after the former tennis champion appeared to doubt his chances of succeeding in the group's first challenge.
Swash was speaking after being picked to represent his team in a Trauma Tank task.
"She didn't want me to do it in the first place," Swash complained. "I could tell that she didn't because there's quite a lot riding on it. As soon as I put my hand up I could see her face drop.
"Then she had a bit of a dig at me outside so I think she'll be quite stern. And she's a big girl isn't she! I really hope I don't get on the wrong side of her."
The star then admitted that he regretted putting himself forward for the task, explaining: "If I could change my mind I would now. I'm starting to think it wasn't the brightest decision I ever made."
I'm A Celebrity premieres at 9.00pm tonight on ITV1.
The I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here! contestants have been split into two separate camps after going head-to-head in their first challenge.
Show hosts Ant and Dec surprised the celebrities on their first day by revealing that a trial would take place before they even set foot in the jungle. The result would determine the quality of camp life for each contestant, with one location offering more comfort than the other.
With the contestants already divided into two teams, one celebrity from each group was required to represent their squad by taking part in a Trauma Tank challenge.
After much discussion, former EastEnders actor Joe Swash was picked to play for his team, which also features Brian Paddick, Dani Behr, George Takei and Martina Navratilova.
Meanwhile, ex-Blue singer Simon Webbe was chosen by Esther Rantzen, Carly Zucker, Nicola McLean and Robert Kilroy-Silk to represent their own group.
The task saw both contestants being challenged to gather more stars than their opponent after being placed in large tanks with rats, eels and scorpions.
The result will be revealed when the show premieres on ITV1 tonight at 9.00pm.
I cant wait until tonight :cheer:

Former Mis-teeq singer Su-Elise Nash will be a late entrant on I'm A Celebrity..., say reports.
According to The Sun, the pop singer, 27, is currently at a hotel on Australia's Gold Coast waiting for producers to let her enter the jungle.
It was previously reported that Dollar star David Van Day was on standby for the reality show.
"It's no secret that we like to send other celebs in once the show has started," said a source. "It gives people a jolt after they think they've become comfortable."
Last year's winner Christopher Biggins was a late entrant.

and i can't stand Ant n Dec, they seriously grate on methey are both dire they stopped being funny years ago, what is the appeal with them?
I haven't liked them since day one tbh. But good acts change with the times and adapt to the trends, they haven't, they're still knocking out the same old cheese. They ruin the show for me if I'm honest, I've got in the habit of recording the show now, so i can fast forward through the adds, and their stupid bits, means there's only half an hour to watch then.
They think they're so clever when they put twists on the celebs names when they're telling you what numbers to call, but they aren't even funny.

Dani Behr reckons she might be pregnant and could have to quit the show.
The TV star has been vomiting for the past 48 hours and has complained of feeling dizzy and faint.
Producers are sending a pregnancy test into the camp to see if she is expecting. Yesterday, Dani, 34, who is married with two children, confided in her jungle pals she thinks she is pregnant.
The babe said: “I feel bad. I hope it isn’t morning sickness.”
Bosses would not want her to put a baby at risk if she is pregnant.
And last night, when the Daily Star broke the news to her husband Carl Harwin, who lives in Australia with their children Coco, three, and Zane, 18 months, he said he “was not surprised” by the revelation.
But he pleaded with ITV bosses to allow Dani to do a pregnancy test in private so she could know for sure.
Carl said: “It’s obviously a shock to hear this news but it is not completely surprising.
“Obviously I had no idea she said this on the show because I am in Sydney and they are not broadcasting the series in Australia so I can’t follow it.
“But for her own piece of mind it would be best if the producers allowed her to take a test.”
Dani will be gutted if she has to leave the show as she was hoping her appearance would re-ignite her TV career.
Last night a show spokesman said: “Dani did make a comment in the jungle about morning sickness. But some of other campers have also been feeling queasy. Dani has not told us she thinks she might be pregnant.”
I’m A Celebrity contestant Dani Behr has dismissed claims she is pregnant on the jungle show.
When Ant and Dec walked into the jungle clearing on Tuesday night’s show, the former television presenter was overheard saying: ‘I feel bad. I hope it’s not morning sickness.’
Behr’s husband – restauranter Carl Harwin – was not surprised by the revelation when it was revealed to him, but he urged producers to allow her to take a pregnancy test.
‘Obviously, I had no idea she said this on the show because I am in Sydney and they are not broadcasting the series in Australia so I can’t follow it.
But for her own piece of mind it would be best if the producers allowed her to take a test.
However, the pregnancy was declared a hoax after Dani confessed to producers that it wasn’t true.
An insider revealed: ‘We called Dani into the Bush Telegraph today and asked her if she was pregnant. She said no.’
Dani's publicist also confirmed to Mail Online: 'Dani is definitely not pregnant'.
The 34-year-old lives in Australia with her husband their two young children - Coco, three and Zane, 18 months.
Meanwhile show hosts Ant and Dec have come under fire for their foulmouthed bush tuckers jokes.
The presenters repeatedly used the word b******* while hosting the show on Monday night 28 minutes after the 9pm watershed.
However, an Ofcom spokesperson confirmed the broadcast had received fewer than ten complaints.
Esther Rantzen was one of the famous faces that headed into the jungle for I'm A Celebrity... on Sunday. The former That's Life! presenter is an established journalist and founder of the ChildLine charity. After appearing on Stars In Their Eyes, Strictly Come Dancing and helming her own chatshow, a few creepy crawlies shouldn't cause her too much bother. Read on to find out ten fascinating facts about the TV broadcaster.
1. Esther clearly isn't a fan of Top Gear, describing Jeremy Clarkson as the "male animal in extremis". She once said: "There are certain men who are like litmus paper for me; if they express a view, that's really helpful, because I know I'm going to think the opposite. Clarkson is one."
2. One of Esther's pearls of wisdom is "never eat cat or dog food". The That's Life! star says it is "viler than you might expect".
3. Despite being the founder of ChildLine, Esther admits that she has probably been guilty of bullying in the past. "There are ways I treated people in the heat of the moment that I should have done differently," she said.
4. Esther has now done two major reality shows, appearing on Strictly and I'm A Celebrity.... However, she never appeared on Celebrity Big Brother, despite constant rumours in 2002. Producers plumped for fellow veteran TV host Anne Diamond instead.
5. Esther's long list of honours includes an OBE, CBE, a Dimbleby Award and honorary doctorates from London South Bank, Southampton Institute and Portsmouth Universities.
6. The 68-year-old won't rule out plastic surgery in the future. "Studio lighting is very unpleasant and puts a shadow under everything," is her explanation.
7. If only Esther had spoken to Jonathan Ross before 'Manuelgate'. Earlier this year, she said: "He depends on scatology, obscenity and shock, and I don't think he needs to...I believe that in the quest for total freedom of language, the viewers' boundaries have also been disrespected."
8. Esther doesn't believe in growing old gracefully. She says: "My clothes mean I'm thumbing my nose at the passing of time. So what if people call us mutton dressed as curly, girly lambs? We're too old now to be careful."
9. Esther discovered in 2008 that her great-grandfather Montague Richard Leverson accidentally shot a parlour maid when he was 18. "Up until that moment, I had always believed my family was stiflingly respectable," she said.
10 Justifying certain people's dislike for her, Rantzen says: "Some people find me gruesome looking. I am extrovert, I am upfront, I do tend to give my beliefs...some people think women should be seen and not heard, and are more interesting if they are silent and mysterious. I'm not silent and mysterious."
I love George, his face always akes me smile :)

Timmy Mallett and singer David Van Day have joined I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!.
Children's TV presenter Mallett was first into the jungle, but became caught in a net when he tried to pick up a cake from the ground. Ex-Dollar star Van Day entered next and was soon trapped in a net of his own.
"I'll get you Mallett, you prat," Van Day shouted. "I came in thinking this was going to be easy."
The captives were later placed in the jungle prison while the show's other contestants were informed of the situation.
The existing campmates were told that they can ease Mallett and Van Day's predicament by either giving up a luxury item each or relinquishing two stars.

I love the relationship between Joe and George though developing.. its so sweet.
The guy who empties our bin during the week is a dead ringer for George so we've renamed him. They even talk the same. WE have our very own George Takei :)

I've just watched the catch up of Nov 23rd episode. Is it just me or does anyone else think the "Concentration" thing with the buzzers was kind of unfair? What happened last night? I went to bed and I would watch it on the catch up but it doesnt work or me
There was big arguments in camp.. when Nicola got picked for the trial, Timmy, Joe and David were saying stuff to her, kinda teasing about bugs and stuff but she only attacked David. Then Simon and Carly had a go at David for what he said and Joe had a go at Simon and Carly for picking on David..
Then they all decided to talk to Dani about the dinner, now anyone can make it and she went to bed in a huff...
Nicola only got 3 stars in the trail but she was petrified and David got picked to do the next trail. Timmy won the bush battle (he annoyed Robert and Nicola by singing and laughing so they left  )
There is nothing til Wednesday cause of stupid football but the second place guys have to see who last longest in a coffin.. Cant wait

George Takei and Joe Swash have shared a kiss on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!.
The former Star Trek actor kissed Swash twice, leading the other campmates to speculate about their relationship.
Swash told Takei: "Keep them thinking, Georgie boy, and give us a kiss. Keep them on their toes. They don't need to know what's going on between me and you, do they?"
Takei responded: "We know the truth, don't we?"
He added that he likes Swash's current quarters in the cave, saying: "I envy your darkness. The isolation is nice, the downside is I cannot do the climb. The setting is nice and the sounds are nice and the darkness is wonderful with the flickering of the candles. It's so romantic."
:rotfl: Love it!
:hmm: makes me wonder how serious George is
Joe is young enough to be his grandson! It's just a bit of fun (I hope)

I think Timmy is great! He really makes me laugh and I love the way he annoys everyone else.. keep him in for a while please to wind everyone up :cheer:
I loved the way Esther tackled the Bush Battle :D She was fab and I'm so glad she won it. :)
I really cannot stand Timmy and his laugh. Someone please remove his voicebox  I'd rather stick pins in my eyes than listen to his "funny" voices and laugh.
Nicola is becoming even more of a b****, can't wait until she leaves.
I wish George would get more air time. Guess he's not causing enough shock waves in camp or winding people up to warrant it
EURO MP Robert Kilroy-Silk grudgingly left the jungle last night and said he didn’t like David Van Day or Timmy Mallett.
Kilroy was voted off after winning the fewest viewers’ votes to stay.
The former chat show host — who won 22 stars in two tasks — looked stunned as Ant and Dec delivered the verdict. Former Star Trek star George Takei said: “That was a surprise.”
Kilroy said later: “I didn’t want to be out — no one does. I pleaded for another night but the viewers wouldn’t give it to me.” After leaving the jungle, Kilroy revealed he didn’t like David Van Day and Timmy Mallett, who joined the camp after the first ten celebs.
He said: “When they came in and asked about the beds, David was wrong. He should have taken the cave.
“But I warmed to David in the end — I’ll miss him, I guess. I had previous with Timmy when we worked on another programme. But we’ve put things to one side and we got on. He’s fine.”
Kilroy, 66, said he wanted tennis ace Martina Navratilova to win — but said Joe would probably triumph.
Six celebs were up for the first public vote — with George Takei, Brian Paddick, Martina Navratilova, Nicola McLean and David Van Day also facing for the chop. The rest gained immunity after winning a Bush Battle earlier in the week.
And Esther won the coffin task last night to become the sixth person immune from eviction.
Kilroy said he was looking forward to seeing his wife Jan. He said: “It’s win win for me. The freedom is not so bad, but seeing my wife is what it’s all about. From the moment I was in there, all I could think of was my family.”
Kilroy said he was happy with his performance, but said it was tougher than he expected.
He added: “I was pleased that I completed the live trial - even with the rats.
“But I could hear my grandchildren watching and screaming and laughing so I was able to do it.”
I'm shocked Kilroy was first to go i expected it to be Brian Pillock or the Wag Hags (Nicola, Carley or Dani)
How funny was Joe and his farting :lol: and it was made funnier by Dani getting so annoyed by it... it is breaking wind girl... everyone does it.. I would have been in fits if I had been there..
Surprised Silksy left last night.. thought it would have been David or Nicola...

How funny was DVD in that task last night? :D
Gutted that Silky left last night! He had much more to give!
How funny was DVD in that task last night? :D
I cried with laughter but then I was think if it was put on or not.. he watches I'm a celeb and he knows that people like Dean Gaffney and Paul Burrell stayed longer when they were screaming in trials.. I don't think he is that scared.. maybe it is just me that thinks he has a clear game plan.. cause trouble (a keeper), scream at trials (another keeper)

Yeah.. there is a few.. David is definitely one of them.. Dani I think is another.. Nicola not so much, she is just annoying at this stage..
Has anyone seen the movie "the cat in the hat"? does David remind you of the character Alex Baldwin played???

I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! contestant Joe Swash has revealed that his dream job used to be working in a McDonald's restaurant.
The former EastEnders actor confessed that he wanted to sell and prepare burgers for the fast food giant as a child.
"When I was a kid, the two jobs that I wanted was to work at McDonald's. I can't remember the other one. I wanted to work in the Golden Arches," he said.
Glamour model Nicola admitted that she wanted to work on a market stall when she was younger.

Pics from week two of the show- trials, fights and departures!
Ricky Gervais is backing Joe Swash or Timmy Mallett to win 'I'm A Celebrity.'
The Office star - who admits he is a huge fan of the show - thinks former 'EastEnders' star Joe Swash or children's TV presenter Timmy Mallett will go the distance.
He said: "I love Joe Swash. What a hero, he's the man. He always says what he thinks and keeps things in order.
"And Timmy Mallett is great value for money. I used to think I was the most annoying man in the world but I think Timmy has beaten me now. I love him, with his little red glasses and dyed hair."
Ricky also revealed he is close friends with the show's hosts Declan Donnelly and Ant McPartlin and texts them before the show.
He said: "The other day I got a text from Dec that just read 'Biff, Baff, Boff', referring to David Van Day's famous song. It was brilliant - what a text!"
Nicola is peeing me right off now. She doesn't care about anyone but herself  She may not want what's in the chest but there are ten other people in the camp, not just her. She winds me up. All the coverage involves her and David in some way or form.
Forgot to add, loved George's rendition of Ollie, Ollie, Ollie in the Bush Telegraph :rotfl:

That was meant to say three, not the.
In the past it's always been three people left, one gets voted out about half an hour in, then about an hour later they announce the winner out of the final two.
Compared to previous year's, it's pretty boring at the moment. David and Nicola hog the cameras and George doesn't get a look in :thumbsdow

I mean fair enough David and nicola stir things up but I want them to go so we get to see the others have a chance!

Well Ive completly lost track then
Days of the week are merging now! :rotfl:
Hrrrrnnk! We have an announcement to make people… Yes, tonight the two celebrities with the lowest votes have to go head-to-head in a Bushtucker Trial.
And if that’s not enough, the loser of this Trial will then have to leave the camp immediately!
Yes, we like to shake things up a bit in the jungle, and the celebs will be left open-mouthed tonight as straight after the show, the two campers with the lowest votes will be taken to compete in a trial called The Last Chance Saloon.
The winning celebrity will then go back to camp, and the loser will leave the jungle, only to return the following day to be interviewed by Ant and Dec live on Sunday night’s show.
Within that show, viewers will also vote off another celebrity.
Got all that?
It’s all go folks! And you’d be positively mad to miss it. Tune in to ITV1 tonight at 9.15pm to watch the action unfold.

Is there anything Timmy doesnt find funny?
Brian is should a wimp and a coward - how was he a police man
Joe still my king of the jungle
He has not been policing the streets for a very long time, but has sat behind a desk, does not take that much bravery :)
I really do feel sorry for Nicola. David seems to be very arrogant and will say stupid things to wind her up on purpose and then he moans and gets all the sympathy when she has a go at him.
I hope Martina says something to him tonight cos he gets away with murder cos of all the softies in camp that wont stand up to him.
Brian: Well thank god we evacuated the children then :rotfl:
The person who left after the head to head trial is
Timmy leaves the jungle after losing to Brian in their grizzly Last Chance Saloon showdown
That’s right folks, we can now reveal that Timmy Mallett has lost his battle to stay in camp after a closely fought fight in our shock Bushtucker duel.
Lying in the bottom two after last night’s public vote, Brian and Timmy had to go head-to-head in a surprise Trial, involving critter-covered cocktails and bug-infested bar snacks.
And after a tense, gruesome and gut-gurgling face-off, it was Timmy who lost. A victorious Brian then bounced biliously back to camp, armed with immunity from the next public vote-off.
But just what went on at that Bushtucker bar?
Tune in to ITV1 tonight at 9pm to find out, and feast your eyes on our exciting Trial preview…
:cheer:
see Joe stood up for David last night.. in a way he was right.. the point was to get Simon on to the Bus, not David into a hammock.. Nicola and David are both arrogant to the point I wanna punch them.... I can see Joe going cause he did what was right and that is not fair cause he is one of the best in there...
So long Esther and Timmy

I was hold my breath last night with Brian and George in the last 2... Don't want George to go

Simon Webbe has said that he thinks he is ready to marry his girlfriend Layla Manoochehri.
The former Blue singer, 29, claimed that his time on I'm A Celebrity... made him realise how much he loves his partner.
"I've been with Layla for four years and I still fancy the pants off her when she walks in the room," he told The Sun.
"I've never been like that with anyone. So many girls before just wanted me as a stepping stone to something. But Layla is so caring. She thinks about me all the time - she's so supportive.
"I said she could bring a mate to Australia and I'd pay, but she said, 'No, I want to be there for you'. This show has really proved to me how much I care for her.
"It dawned on me how much I love her. I'd like to think I'd marry her."
He continued: "All she's ever been is supportive of me. If that's not the qualities of someone you'd want to marry one day then I don't know what is."
Manoochehri, 22, was kicked off this year's X Factor in week two as part of the girl group Girlband.
All now go AWWWW :)

I agree. The likes of Simon and that other WAG who went out early, in fact most of the other celebrities do absolutely nothing and are dire to watch in the jungle.
David was brilliant! He was entertaining and I loved watching his antics in the jungle. I won't be watching the final tonight as I was hoping he would have made it. Never mind - he has provided some of my favourite jungle moments this series though

Christopher Biggins has claimed that his series of I'm A Celebrity was "better" than this year's run.
The actor, who won the ITV1 reality show last year, insisted that this year's participants were not as exciting as his former campmates.
"We were a more interesting bunch," Biggins told The Sun. "I've been very interested in the show, but our series was better. I can say that as three months after winning I took the tapes away with me on a cruise and watched them all from start to finish."
Former EastEnders actor Joe Swash was announced as the latest jungle king in last night's finale.
However, Biggins revealed: "I wanted Martina [Navratilova] to win, but she's not done as much as she could have done. I would have loved to be in there with Martina. I'm such a fan - I adore her.
"I hated David [Van Day], but it was worrying people thought he was definitely in the final. I predicted the finalists, so I'm quite pleased with myself!"
Have to agree with him, this year has been pretty boring. The year with Matt Willis, Jason Donovan and the other guy who has a maid called Vaginica Seamen was the best.

He was called David Gest I think. I'm not sure if he actually does have a maid with that name but he was so convincing with the things he came out with :rotfl:
I know of David Gest, former husband of Liza Minellli. He IS strange, was before he went on Celebrity

Joe deserved to win.. So glad he did! :D
JUNGLE king Joe Swash has pledged his I’m A Celebrity charity cash to murdered Ben Kinsella’s anti-crime campaign.
The ex-EastEnder knew 16-year-old Ben — and made £30,000 for the cause as ITV viewers phoned to vote for him.
For each call costing 50p for this year’s celebs, ITV put 15p in a pot for charities picked by the contestants. The bulk goes to the winner’s, and 26-year-old Joe’s nominated charity is the Ben Kinsella Trust.
It was set up by Ben’s family after he was stabbed to death in North London in June aged just 16.
The charity raises money to help increase awareness of knife crime. Joe — who played Mickey Miller in the BBC1 soap — is also close pals with Ben’s 25-year-old sister Brooke and worked with her when she played Kelly Taylor.
He said: “This campaign means a lot to me.
“I knew Ben and it was terrible what happened to him.
“I hope any money I may have got from people will be able to make a difference.
“Knife crime is getting out of hand.”
Ten million viewers saw Joe crowned jungle king on Friday night.
He left Oz last night with mum Kiffy and said: “I’m going to miss it. It’s been a once in a lifetime experience and I’ll never forget it.”
Good on him
Former I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! contestant David Van Day has revealed that he was playing a game with his competitors in the jungle.
The former Dollar singer finished fourth on the reality show, despite arguing with and annoying his fellow campmates.
He admitted that his actions were part of a strategy devised in order to be crowned King of the jungle, telling The Mirror: "I directed it all in my head. I plotted it like a Shakespearean character. I'm in the same mould as Simon Cowell, who everyone thinks is Mr Nasty.
"I am like a bite of Marmite. Sometimes I leave a bitter taste, sometimes people lap me up. If I'm trodden on, I can be as venomous as any poisonous snake in the jungle."
Van Day also opened up about his past experiences with drugs, saying: "It was the '80s. You couldn't avoid them. It was the age of decadence.
"I splurged at least £100,000 on cocaine. I had an addictive personality and I took to everything like a duck to water."
His strategy obviously went wrong somewhere
the coming out show was quite boring - all of them so pally pally despite all the arguing and bitching
Well the thing about David, it was hardly surprising!
David Van Day has revealed that he would like to take a break from reality TV and star in a Shakespeare play.
The I'm A Celebrity... star, 52, said that he would consider almost all forms of acting work.
"Eventually I'd like to do some drama, but while we're hot on the reality TV and winding people up side of things, that's what I'm going to pursue," he told DS.
"I don't mind what drama it is. It could be a soap or it could be a classic. I'm a great lover of Shakespeare and if someone offered me Puck in A Midsummer Night's Dream at an open air theatre, then I'd be there."
Van Day recently reformed his '80s pop duo Dollar with Thereza Bazar for new Living series Pop Goes The Band. However, the singer said that it was unlikely the pop act would be continuing with a full reunion.
"We have our own lives outside of the band and it's not a priority for me now because of everything that's happened in the jungle," he said. "It's not something that I'm chasing, but if something came up, I'd look at it and I'm all ears."
Timmy Mallett has revealed that he has been making money from selling oil paintings since appearing on I'm A Celebrity.
The 1980s children's entertainer has sold around 250 paintings for up to £400 each. The landscapes are currently being exhibited at his home in Wiltshire, according to The Sun.
"My painting is becoming serious," said the 53-year-old former Wacaday host. "People are buying them as an investment."
Mallett admitted that he had taken advice from fellow celebrity artist Rolf Harris, who lives nearby in Cookham.
"I've learned a lot from Rolf's work but my paintings are still considerably cheaper than his at the moment," he told Metro. "We're good mates."
David Van Day has dumped his girlfriend live on TV.
The I'm A Celebrity... star ended his relationship with The Sun journalist Sue Moxley on Five's The Wright Stuff after claiming that she was too "obsessed with work".
Talking about a meal he had recently cooked for Moxley, he said: "She comes round an hour and a half late, and as she comes in she tells me she has to leave in three hours because she has a deadline at the paper to get some stuff off her computer, because she can't get it off mine.
"After I've gone out all day, roses, three course meal. And I thought, well, you know, this is too much."
He added: "So Sue, I've had enough. Honestly, I can't do this anymore and I mean this sincerely. I love you but I'm not prepared to put up with this anymore.
"So would I dump you now? Yes I would. You've been dumped, live on air, on TV. Celebrity dumping."
Host Matthew Wright responded with surprise while Fame Academy coach Carrie Grant branded the star "selfish" and a bad example to his children.
What a p****. She's well shot of him.
David Van Day has said that he hopes to emulate Jade Goody's reality TV career.
Speaking at the DS Reality TV Awards last night, the I'm A Celeb... star claimed that he wanted to match her "sincerity" on and off screen.
"They said, 'What was it about Jade Goody that made her so magic?' It was her sincerity and connection with the public," he told DS. "She never changed when she was on screen or off it. I hope I can do that [as well].
"I think everything I do is very genuine and there's an honesty that cuts through the screen."
Speaking about his upcoming TV plans, Van Day also revealed that he is working on a makeover show with WAG Lizzie Cundy based on a Charlie's Angels theme.
"We'll take a girl that's been dumped by her boyfriend, give her a makeover and take her back to her boyfriend and see if he'll take her back," he said. "If he doesn't we'll have other plans for her. It's going to be a great show and it will be a show you love to hate.
"We're in production at the moment and I suspect we'll get it out later this year. I really can't tell you the title because it's a great title, but it's based on Charlie's Angels and it deals with bringing people back together."
Who the heck is he thinking he is? Dream on, David, dream on
He's delusional
I think the format for his show is shallow and selfish. Why put a women through all that just for her ex boyfriend to say he doesn't want her again? Appearance isn't everything.
