ZOE Slater will quit EastEnders in shame after admitting to a packed Queen Vic she slept with her boyfriend's dad, the dastardly Dirty Den.
The explosive exit will be screened next month.
Actress Michelle Ryan, 21, filmed her final scenes at the beginning of May.
Heartbroken Zoe decides to tell all when ex- boyfriend Dennis Rickman, murdered Den's son, returns to Albert Square.
He is stunned to discover her family think he abandoned Zoe when she was pregnant, forcing her to have an abortion.
A show insider said: "She leaves because she can't stand everyone knowing what she did in order to persuade Dennis not to leave her. It is truly gripping stuff and there won't be a dry eye in the house on the night."
Zoe heads off to start a new life in Ibiza.
Michelle joined EastEnders in 2002. She is one of several actresses tipped to take over from Billie Piper in Doctor Who.

Hello all,
I've been working today so I couldn't chat earlier!
Looks like the article made a mistake on the date she arrived. You're right, it was 2000. Anyway isn't this great?
Some asked in one of the posts whether Sharon and Dennis would feel responsible for her being upset and leaving. Why should they? Did they tell her to lie about being pregnant or sleep with Den? Nope! she made her bed and no she's got to lie in it. After all, its about time that Zoe took responsibility for herself. That’s something she hardly does and it annoys the hell out of me.
Someone else mentioned that it must have taken a lot for her to stand up and confess, well that's only because she was backed in a corner. She would have quite happily lied for as long as it took if it meant covering her back. It's only because Dennis is back that she would say it. After all if she didn't say it, he or Sharon would've and Zoe knows this.
Anyway good riddance to her. :)
